Excellent customer service
Very speedy responses to my emails. Staff seemed personable and friendly and seemed to really care about helping. The product (a replacement that is used regularly for 7+ years) is as well made as the previous. Can’t fault this company or their products

Great after service/care
Ordered gazebo on back order that I was already aware of. They kept me informed when it would be in stock and sent. Immediate delivery which was fantastic. When I went to use the item we found a fault with gazebo. Emailed a picture to Ben who immediately replied and sent a new part on overnight delivery. Easy fix. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Poor quality canvas company refusing to replace
I bought the so-called heavy duty large gazebo to use through this summer,
Within the first week to 2 weeks damage occurred on the side wall. Tears occurred between the bottom part which is plastic (Like polypropylene bags) Sewn onto canvas. It also ripped around the tent peg holes.
Later on in the Summer the canopy ripped at the top. On inspection we realise the fault design because the company had not sewn in cupholders or double stitched where the poles sit. Therefore where there is movement from the middle poles and the canvas it just wasn’t strong enough hence the ripping. Surf and turf’s response was for me to pay to send the side wall and the canopy back to them. They refused to cover the cost for this. I sent them back but I have just had an invoice of over £200 for me to buy a new canopy from them!!! I am massively shocked as I think this is disgraceful behaviour from a company who I originally put faith in that they would supply me a good quality product. I see there is another review before mine of the same kind of problem. The materials used are not strong high quality canvas. It looks like I will be taking this company to small claims

Surf & Turf were extremely accommodating and helpful. We gave them a short lead time, and they met it. Ben was really good at ensuring the proofs were correct. We even got our items shipped and delivered earlier than expected!
