Exceptional service
I bought a gazebo probably 20 years ago from surf and turf and it has lasted well, but eventually the canopy was looking shabby with a few splits. I was surprised and delighted that with a quick phone call, the order was found and I could purchase a replacement. It anrrived in a couple of days. Exceptional service.

Packaging needs strengthening
Weights were packed in a box which unfortunately was not strong enough for the courier service/delivery.
As they were heavy and unbreakable the did arrive however!

We’re glad to hear the weights arrived safely. Our packaging is designed to protect heavy items, but couriers can sometimes handle these items incorrectly by carrying by the banding on the boxes, causing them to snap.

Great company
Great company. The staff are very helpful and the products are very well designed and made just what I wanted. I purchased a 6x3 elite and was easy enough to put up once I looked at the instructions (online) I’m so behind on Tec 🙈
The more I use it the faster it goes up and down a bit difficult on your own though it’s big.

Have been amazing in the past and have spent a lot every year and
Not had a problem but recent delivery was late and had to hire an awning at £500 for the weekend as plans had been made.Not ideal!

Just to clarify, our lead time for the larger gazebos, including 6x4m and 8x4m, is 3–5 working days. This is due to their size and weight, which means they need to be sent via a speciality courier rather than our standard service. We do our best to ensure everything arrives as quickly as possible, and I can see that your order did arrive within this time window.

Absolutely Fantastic
Every single part of my experience with Surf & Turf was amazing! From the initial order to the setup and first outing with my 3 x 3 gazebo.
I'd like to give a special mention to Leanne, who managed to source me a discontinued product against all odds and was extremely punctual with updates and clarifying any issues i had. What a brilliant member of the team she is!
The gazebo itself is of very high quality and I highly recommend using Surf & Turf if you're looking for robust, long-lasting products.

Quality and design are amazing, delivery wasn't up to spec.
The only reason it isn't 5 star is because our new canopy for some reason went to India, so it was delayed in getting to us. We had hoped to use them for our 100th events but they arrived too late.
The canopy looks amazing and we are very happy with it.
