Great company with excellent products, customer service and aftercare. Bought a gazebo online which was simple, needed to speak with someone who was really helpful. Quick delivery with great communication. Later added to our gazebo with a valance wrap, again helpful assistance and a great product. Lastly had an after sales concern which was positively dealt with within 48 hours. Happy to recommend Surf & Turf and will definitely buy from them again.

The quality of the elite shelter is fantastic. Had a problem with one of the water bags but they rectified it immediately. Terrific customer service. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service!

I mistakenly ordered the heavier Elite gazebo, which turned out to be far too heavy to handle alone. Even though the order had already been invoiced and prepared for shipping, the team kindly stopped the delivery, changed it to the Lite model, and refunded me the difference—without me even asking.

Everything was sorted in just three days! Professional, reliable, and very kind staff.

Great customer service and speedy delivery

Customer service and products are great, and immediately sorted out some brackets that were sent out for the wrong shelter, the only issue I had was that fedex did honour there Saturday delivery service, the parcel was at our local depot and they couldn’t be bothered to deliver it,so I did not get my parts before my event on the Sunday.

Very helpful and friendly, we had a flag and banner made for us, very pleased with them. Great price and value for money.

This is easily the best gazebo I’ve ever owned. I went for their pop up 3x3 and it’s surprisingly lightweight without feeling flimsy which makes it super easy to move and set up. The metal frame is sturdy & the canopy is thick enough to keep the sun and rain off and the side walls zip on and off so you can have it open or fully covered depending on the weather. I also got a custom print and it came out looking exactly like the design mockup!

What OUTSTANDING customer service! From the very beginning, both in giving help with selecting that appropriate size and style shelter for our needs and then assisting in approving an appropriate design, Amanda's care and attention was second to none. Then, when it looked like the lead time would overshoot our required event deadline, she ensured that the print was prioritised in production and the shelter was dispatched by express courier (as a fail safe, she also offered to send a plain shelter as a temporary solution, if the printing couldn't be turned around in time) I thoroughly recommend this company for customer service alone, but the quality of the shelter when it arrived was even more impressive. We got a lot of positive comments and enquiries from other exhibitors at the event as they saw how small the Canopro compact packed up and down. Thank you on behalf of the Shanty Crew - this will really help us in our continued fundraising endeavours in support of the Teenage Cancer trust.

Shopped before - returned again for flags and sky banner. Service was the same as ever - great! Easy to get what I want done, staff friendly, no hassle.

Our 3m x 3m gazebo was ordered only a few weeks before two vitally important agricultural shows, and we were anxious that Surf and Turf's stated delivery date should not overshoot. Nope - they bettered it, leaving us time to practice setting up. (I say 'we' and 'us' - we're a branch of a political party... y'know the one... the turquoise Common Sense Party ahead in the polls.)
And didn't it look splendid! The public flocked to us, due mainly to our values and principles, and that old-fashioned notion of 'populism' which some dismiss as cheap but we consider to be a synonym for democracy. But on top of that, our splendid gazebo was a subconscious message to the electorate: "these people know what they're doing". It gave confidence to our chaps and chapesses (most of whom have never until now engaged with the public) to be standing in front of a vivid visual statement that we're in town, determined and tenacious.

Setting up was pretty straightforward, and I believe that S&T will shortly be making their setup instructions even more user-friendly.
