Excellent advise from when buying an eMTB. Great bike and game changing MTB experience.

Guys at Surge really know their e-bikes and it is that focus that led me to purchase my Cube Editor SLT from them. Knowledgable, helpful and professional.

Very helpful to try the bike and take it for a test ride before purchase.
Good communication, keeping me up to date with my order.
Good range of stock in the shop.

Great selection of bikes,
helpful staff,
keen prices

fantastic customer service, highly recommended

Found via web search for specific model and price in my area.
Helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
Checked over the bike prior to sale.
Selection of good quality accessories available.
Follow up service included in price.
Would recommend.
Only negative was they wouldn't take a deposit so need to have funds in your bank account at time of viewing if want to bag a bike there and then.

Excellent service from Surge bikes. We initially wanted an electric Herman Miller bike for my wife but after explaining what we intended to do with the bike, Matt recommended a bike more appropriate with our needs. In the end we got a cube longtail bike and couldn't be happier. Matt also had the bike delivered to our house 10 miles away a few days later and we had a 35 mins handover on the day of delivery. Highly recommended and very happy with the advice & customer service provided

Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With his help I was able to choose an e-bike that is perfect for me and I am delighted with.

informative advice, great service

I bought a Tern GSD S00 and Surge Bikes offered a Bronze bike service after 150 miles for free.
The customer service provided for both purchase and the Bronze Service was top notch. They have a very helpful and knowledgeable team and the communication throughout was clear.
This is my first foray into ebikes ( I use it for the school run) and it was very helpful to get specific help and advice on this.
I was able to test the bikes I wished to try (albeit without the children, for safety reasons) to get a hands on feel for them before making the purchase.

Whilst buying an e-road bike using C2W, Surge were really helpful with any questions I had, very responsive to my many questions and were happy to give advice where I needed it - I now have my new bike and enjoying every minute.

Very helpful staff and good communication

I found the Riese and Müller electric bikes I was interested in on the Surge Bikes website.
I phoned to see if they were in stock. I made an appointment to try them. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive making the whole experience very satisfying. The bikes were delivered to my home within 48 hours. Superb !

Very helpful throughout the process of buying an e-mtb.

Helpful advice and good service. Quick delivery as a bonus

Excellent service and brilliant bike. Have no hesitation recommending Surge Cycles. Their prices, advice, customer service was spot on. Most importantly the bikes are actually in stock as well. If you’re after an e-bike these are the people to go to

Knowledgeable and helpful staff made it easy to find the right bike for me.
