Surge Bikes Avis

I was in the market for an e-bike,but didn’t have much knowledge.
I called surge bikes and had a very helpful phone call, followed by a visit
Eventually ended up buying a bike that met my needs at a good price
Delivery with a helpful handover as well
I had a great experience

Excellent honest responsive service
Fast despatch and well packaged
Bought Riese and Muller Charger 4 Mixte and can thoroughly recommend for build quality, responsive adaptation to different terrains, and understated classic looks and battery range

Great communication, Fast and efficient delivery very happy with the service from start to finish and the bike turned up very fast in A1 condition

Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He always responded quickly and gave some great advice on what exactly I would need. Highly recommend!

Great service and help choosing a bike. Ability to test ride a few bikes made all the difference and was critical in choosing right size and style. Definitely recommend. Coffee is great too!

Brilliant customer service, quick to reply to emails and still speedy responses with aftercare. Love my new bike, much thanks to Matt and the team.

Very helpful staff ensured the bike was the correct fit and spec for me. Nothing too much trouble.

Surge Bikes serviced my Orbea Rise while I waited.
I was impressed with their professional and knowledgeable service (and excellent complimentary coffee and service documentation supplied).

Really pleased with the advice and service from Matt at Surge Bikes.
Was able to try out the bike I was interested in. Chose a Riese & Müller Nevo4 Vario. Worth the money. Top quality.
Mark delivered the bike helped me with the Bosch Flow app and talked me through all I needed to know.
Many thanks.

Other than the estimate which was a £100 over which was disappointing. I realise estimates are that. However boing 25% over is a bit of a shock. The service was excellent.

Need to be shown front wheel removal and be equipped with a spare tyre.

The chaps at Surge were super nice and really helpful. I chose them because of the customer service reveiws and they didn't disappoint.
It's nice to have a place with good people that you can go to for advice and build a relationship.

Fantastic Customer Service and fantastic Bike Service. Really pleased. No issues at all. Great professional people to deal with.

Excellent!! I love the bike and the service and support from Surge Bikes has been great. There was a small manufacturing fault with the charging port hatch, which they resolved very promptly and efficiently. Great communication and speedy dispatch too. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable team at Surge bikes. You’ll get sound advice from them and ride of into the sunset on the right bike for you!!

Excellent shop matt was extremely helpful every step of the way and happy to answer the phone, I live in the north east England they expertly packaged and delivered my orbea gain which arrived promptly and ready to go I also bought a range extender for an excellent reduced price which followed a few weeks later very satisfied with the whole process and would definitely shop with surge again

I cannot recommend Surge Bikes highly enough. All of my contact with them was online, all with Matt, up till the point of collecting the bike.
I must first say, that the service and professionalism was outstanding, despite the fact that the bike I was buying was very much towards the bottom of their price range. I also purchased it via the Cyclescheme which Matt facilitated fully.
I live 250 miles from Basingstoke, and collected the bike on a family visit to Hampshire. It was fully set up and ready to ride.
My wife and I are so impressed, she is planning to buy one through Surge as well.
Without hesitation - buy through Matt at Surge !!!!

Excellent service during all stages, purchase, delivery and aftercare. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Would highly recommend
