All of the staff at Susan Payne Estate agents were very efficient and helpful and made selling a property a real pleasure from the first valuation right through to completion. Susan valued the property herself initially, all of the staff came round so they knew the property ready for potential purchasers and then Jan kept an eye on the chain to ensure the sale remained on track.

We’re very grateful and impressed by the entire team. Given the market - with a lot of viewings along the way - it was a long journey from listing to completion, and they persisted for the entirety. Communication was timely, courteous, friendly and professional right to the end; they were very accommodating, especially after we had left the island.
Agents of course can’t control the market, but the Susan Payne team made the process as good as it could be!

From the beginning of selling to completion, they made the experience less daunting. Everyone was very helpful, and polite, and there to help with all my enquiries. They communicated with me, all the way through, as they did with the other agencies involved in the process. Cannot fault the the team.
