Sussex Beds Review 03.08.2026
The showroom was well laid out with all the beds accessible. The young lady who served us was very attentive and helpful and the whole buying process was pain free. We were quoted a 3 week lead time but ideally wanted delivery quicker which the assistant said she would try to achieve and we actually got the bed delivered in under 2 weeks. The delivery staff were polite and delivery was made at the time quoted. All round very good service and we would definitely recommend Sussex Beds to friends and family.

The sales assistant was very helpful
The sales assistant was very helpful. We wanted a sofa bed without having to wait for weeks and she arranged for us to have a discount on a display item, which was delivered the next week. We are very happy with it.

Great customer service. Needed a double bed and base in a hurry … got the first Saturday delivery I needed. Very helpful staff … very friendly delivery guys … ! ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + the bed is really nice and the Firm mattress is VERY comfortable ‘slept like a baby’

My wife and I visited the Sussex Beds…
My wife and I visited the Sussex Beds in Worthing store. This was not our original plan, passing by we thought we might have a browse in the shop. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted by Jessica Knight. She was very friendly and very patient. She took time to explain and she was helpful giving us the essential information about what we were looking to buy - adjustable mattresses and the adjustable bed base.
She was knowledgeable and communicated well so it did not take us long to decide from viewing and testing to placing and order.
Overall it was really a pleasant experience to deal with Jess from beginning to end.
