Sussex Pond Doctor Ltd Avis

Ours is a difficult garden to access and navigate and yet Doug and Bob, carrying all their industrial pond cleaning equipment, made it look easy. The fish and newts were all carefully transferred to a holding tank where they swam around happily while Doug and Bob completely drained, cleared, and thoroughly cleaned out all silt and debris from the 20-year-old pond. As the pond was refilling, the fish and plants were reintroduced. Fantastic job! Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with our service. Had to wait a little while due to the company being very busy at this time but it was well worth the wait. Doug has been so helpful with, not only cleaning out pond, but providing us with loads of information on how to maintain the pond.

Excellent service. Doug and his team worked tirelessly to produce a lovely pond for me. All tidied up at the end, earth spoil removed efficiently, electrics signed off, and pump working well.
Very happy with the result. I recommend

Our overgrown pond needed a total renovation. Doug and his team wrestled with the mess to transform the pond into a fresh looking, neat new feature.

What a fantastic job you have done Doug. My grotty little pond looks absolutely brilliant and I have some very happy fish. Thank you so much. I have already recommended you to my neighbour. If anyone needs a Pond Doctor do not hesitate to call Doug.

I was extremely pleased with the work done on my pond. They worked very hard and did a wonderful job.

Friendly, Thorough and Professional Service
Thank You So Much

Doug and his co-worker did an excellent job of totally renovating our old pond - re-shaping, fitting a new liner and installing a pump and filter. Now looks great. Hard workers with excellent attention to detail. Helped with some good advice too. Would heartily recommend them. Thanks guys.

Doug has helped us restore a very old water garden. He has done a fabulous job and I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Doug is very knowledgeable and gives sound advice. He came to fit a new filter system and everything was done efficiently and cleanly no mess no interruption to the pond or fish. He will be coming to back to complete a deep clean of the pond so we can have a fresh start to the pond. More than pleased with the company Thank you Doug.

Doug and Craig have just constructed a small wildlife pond for us. We were a little anxious about doing everything online (due to covid restrictions) including design but need not have worried. We would definitely recommend them and the pond looks great.

Top job done, pond throughly cleaned.

Fish were carefully stored in holding tank whilst work carried out.

Both guys friendly and professional would highly recommend

A careful and professional job with notable care for the wildlife in and around the pond during the maintenance work. Recommended.

Doug and team were prompt, completely professional, polite and communicative. In reseating our pond they were passionate about preserving the wildlife, which was very important to us. They were totally focussed on the job, worked really hard, and provided us with a beautiful pond with paving surround, and we are absolutely delighted. I can not recommend them enough, and I would always choose to use them again. Brilliant!

My sad pond was in need of a refurbishment but I did need someone expert help Doug the pond doctor was amazing, he came up with a lovely idea and I also needed a much bigger pump/filter. He supplied and fitted both and it is lovely. Very tidy worker and cleared up all the mess. Highly recommend The Sussex Pond Doctor

Great work today cleaning out our large very old lilly pond, not been touched in years. Not an easy job - Thanks so much. Looking forward to seeing our fish again. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for a great job in placing our Koi in a holding tank whilst removing and replacing the pond liner, the brick capping around the pond was reseated, the pond pump and filter system were cleaned and the fish reinstated. Our garden was cleaned and left tidy. We can now see the bottom of the pond !
Great guys and highly recommended.

I wanted a wildlife pond in my garden. Sussex pond doctor constructed a beautiful deep pond with various levels, edged with large rocks, added water plants and a shallow pebble slope for bird to bathe. Lovely job, completed in a day and all left neat and tidy. Lovely friendly guys, highly recommended.

We are delighted with our pond transformation. Over a period of a week with Dougs ideas & suggestions our pond evolved into a beautiful natural feature in our garden.

Pond Doctor? More like Pond Professor! Doug and Craig transformed our tired, dull pond, edged with old paving slabs and showing ugly black liner into a sparkling, vibrant wildlife pond worthy of a Gold medal at Chelsea. From original vision and quote to planting and tidying up, the guys were professional, prompt and reliable. This was a substantial job, carried out with expertise and hard work.
