Sussex Pond Doctor Ltd Avis

Doug and Russell have created the most incredible wildlife pond for us. We can't recommend them highly enough, truly the Rolls Royce service ! Doug's attention to detail and knowledge on everything from shape to fill to planting was not only thorough but also incredibly reassuring. They both worked long hard days and clearly enjoy their work. We are so pleased we chose them. Fiona & Simon

They installed a water blade to create a spring-fed waterfall just outside my garden room to give it a spa feel.
It looks absolutely stunning.
They also brought back into life an illuminated water jet that I had lost all hope with, and rewired all water features and outside lighting with remote controls.
This will give us a lot of pleasure.
Tidy, polite professional & efficient.
Very happy: thank you so much! 👍🏼

The reconstruction of our pond has exceeded our hopes and expectations.
We have witnessed the skill and hardwork reflected in the attention to detail in the planting and waterfall feature. The service was personable and first class. Thank you Doug and Russell: we are delighted.

Russell did a great job on the pond and it's looking really good. I can now see what's in there! Filter and pumps all working up to speed, will definitely use the guys again.

Can’t thank the guys enough from start to finish. Doug was so helpful the whole process through email always responding to emails and giving me direct answers. Work carried out by Russell yesterday and was amazing with the process of taking care of the fish and the pond itself! Highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to get your pond done! 5 ⭐️ all the way

Last year I suffered from a bad infestation of blanket weed in the pond that I could not control. In March this year Doug and Russ carried out a full clean of my pond and filters removing all the blanket weed. They also brought along several large tanks to keep the seven large koi and store half the water from the pond, about 10,000 L, to limit the amount of fresh water required to top up.
It was a full days work and they kept at it all day. The result is excellent and the pond is still clear of blanket weed, I shall be using the treatment that Doug recommended if it returns.
They are both very polite and friendly people and I would highly recommend them.

Doug and Russell provided a thoroughly professional service throughout. The pond clean and plant tidy has made a significant difference, and the pond pump/fountain looks great. All work carried out within a day and the site left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Moving home is challenging enough without having to move a pond full of fish ( 70 in total) The service provided by Doug and his team took all the stress away from that! The work was done efficiently and our fish are swimming around happy in their new home. An excellent service and highly recommended.

As always, excellent communication and service and in depth knowledge of the wildlife and plants.
New fountain also supplied and fitted on this occasion and looks great.
Thanks and would def recommend.

Excellent service as always from Doug and team. Needed a new filter box and was advised on what would be best for our pond. Filter was fitted quickly in their usual polite, professional and helpful manner. Doug even sent me a video on how to clean it etc. Thank you Theresa & Frances

The guys emptied and cleaned our pond, then re-arranged our aquatic fronds and fitted a fountain. The work is immaculate and we are thrilled. Professional, tidy and informative - we have learnt Pond-Care 101 from the best!

Excellent workers, very careful with the wildlife and we've ended up with a beautiful and interesting feature in our garden instead of an overgrown mess of pond plants. A couple of charming gentlemen I would recommend to all readers.

Doug came to us and spent the whole day emptying, repairing and refilling our pond.
Amazing job, we were very pleased with the professionalism of the company. Our pond is now clean and looks really good we are very pleased would recommend to others.

I phoned Doug today as a new customer. My pond had a suspected leak. He came straight around, diagnosed what he thought was the problem and he and his colleague then spent 30 minutes sorting it out.
What’s more he didn’t charge for the work.
Superb service.

I would highly recommend using the pond doctor.
Russell arrives on time very neat and tidy in his work very polite.
Didn't stop working for the whole time and left my pond with happy fish and wildlife
Excellent service from start to finish

Very good service. Russell did a very thorough job cleaning our pond and was so pleasant and cheerful despite it being a very cold day.

A fabulous job!
I can't give enough praise to the Pond Doctor team: we dealt with Doug via email and he was extremely helpful and clear in what we needed.
On the day of our pond clean, Russell was excellent and did a wonderful job. The work was done extremely tidily and efficiently. He didn't even mind me asking lots of questions and watching what was going on!!
We now have some very happy fish, newts and frogs.
Thank you 😊

Doug and Russel have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They emptied, re-lined and updated my gross old pond into something that actually looks really beautiful.

They communicated with me every step of the way, listened to every single request I had (even the ridiculous unreasonable ones) without ever making me feel like it was too much. They were very communicative about any extra costs involved in any surprises and were extremely reasonable.

I couldn’t be happier with their work. The pond looks amazing, and their presence in my garden for the nearly 3 weeks that it took was a pleasure. They’re lovely and incredibly professional.

Thanks so much!

The team did an excellent job emptying, cleaning and restoring our large pond back to its glorious former self. We have a lot of fish which they looked after, removing them before cleaning and returning them safe and sound afterwards. Arrived on time every day, worked hard, very professional, happy with a great service

Thank you. Very professional throughout. Very considerate. The job was started on time with no extra costs and was carried out very efficiently and the pond is now looking great with lots of happy fish. Thanks again.
