Big fan of the products. Knowing they are toxic free and made with quality ingredients is a no brainer. Needed some customer service support today with subscriptions and Allison was able to advance my order sooner than later and move 1 product to another subscription. Easy.

Recently I looked in my cupboard and giggled to myself seeing ALL Suzanne’s products lined up - everything I need from head to toe! Including Summer tanning lotions … no question I love everything.
By the way, the customer service did not disappoint- resolved an issue in less than 24 hours 😊

I subscribe to a few different products and when I was going to be away for a few weeks they stopped the next shipment, refunded me the money and delayed the next delivery date all in one day. Let me start by saying I love all of the products that I have tried and used to love watching Suzanne doing the shows with Al and Caroline. I am here today to say how pleased I am with the customer service I received this week. I had an order which was taking longer than usual to arrive. It was a large order of 12 items. I was taking advantage of the bundles and the 30% off. I was disappointed when the order finally arrived and Canada Post had to wrap it twice in plastic wrap. The packaging missed using bubble wrap and the whole order was put into a box with nothing to secure the body wash, body lotion and other serums. The body wash lid was not secured and half the bottle spilled out all over the rest of the products and the cardboard box absorbed the liquid. The box was wet and mushy upon delivery and thus the need for Canada Post to wrap what was left of the box in plastic. When I received the messy box with wet products I contacted customer service and after reporting the situation and sending pictures of the box and contents they were gracious and refunded the full order. The communication with customer service was professional and showed genuine concern. I am truly grateful to have found Suzanne Somers products and the wonderful support from customer service is icing on the cake. Suzanne would be proud of the ladies in customer service, Deb and Lori. Thank you and keep Suzanne's company going just as she would have wanted.

I am very pleased with my purchase from this company. After shopping around for a thigh trainer, I ultimately decided to go with this brand, even though it cost a bit more than its competitors. I trusted the Suzanne Somers name and I am so glad I did! Not only do the Thigh Master and the TM LBX work great, but they are also comfortable to use. Additionally, there was a small issue with my shipment and after contacting customer service, they responded and provided a solution the very same day. Thank you Suzanne Somers team!

I have called Customer Service maybe 2-3 times over the last 8-10 years and each time the representative couldn't have been more helpful and kind.

This past week I had an issue with a recent order and Deb quickly replied to my email(s), rectified the situation and followed up.

It's a pleasure interacting with a company that has true professionals who quickly respond and are able to immediately manage whatever the situation is. There is no "I'll get back to you" or extra emails on my part trying to make contact.

It doesn't matter how fabulous a product(s) may be, if you can't reach a live person with a question or issue, it makes me give pause if I will order from them again.

I have been a customer of Suzanne Somers for many years. Obviously, I love her products, however, I would like to commend her company for their excellent customer service. I received an order that was incorrect and emailed the company right away. Within a half an hour, they sorted everything out and emailed me about what they were doing to make it right and that they had a new order number for me for the correct products and were shipping them to me at no charge.
I also had a damage issue a few years ago. Same thing. Quick reply with a resolution and shipped me new products right away.
I will continue to be a customer based on my satisfaction with the products and the wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for caring about your customers!!
