I love this company, their products and their customer service!! The products are beyond exceptional. I use her shampoo and conditioner and I have never found anything that works like those two! I will never go back. Their customer service is exceptional as well. You won't be disapointed!!

I treat myself to one or two bottles of Suzanne's Organics Wild Orange Vanilla lotion every year. It's the absolute best-smelling, best feeling, most natural and skin-nourishing lotion I've found. This time, unfortunately, my shipment was lost in transit. First time ever. I emailed Customer Service, and they sent out a replacement right away. No questions asked. Incredible customer service, the mark of a company, and of people, who truly care. I was a big fan of Suzanne Somers to the very end, and I know she would be proud of the people representing the legacy she left behind.

No only are the products AMAZING, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, it seems like many companies just want your business, and do not take pride in how they treat the customers, or the quality of product their products. I had a small issue with one of the products in my subscription box. The same day I notified them they not only replied, but shipped a replacement. WOW ! Thank you

Could not be more pleased with every item I’ve ordered from Suzanne’s site. Everything she sells is without horrible chemicals. That is what brought me to her site. After checking the Yuka App for ingredients for food, makeup, toothpaste etc you will only shop with Suzanne’s items!
