Sven's Plumbing and Gas Avis

Quote included mentions of difficulties that never arose, extra jobs that would be required in the process of dealing with our issue but were miraculously not needed after all, an anticipated duration for the job that was actually completed in half the time and a huge, huge bill which we were still asked to pay.
Work was done politely, promptly and successfully but, oh, what a cost!
Watch out.

Prompt ,polite and efficient .....

Thank you for fixing the smell in our bathroom coming from the drain! Great prompt service and flexible with booking in a time. our bathroom is like new again and we are all happy about that! Would definitely recommend Sven’s.

Sven Plumbing provided an excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward and efficient, and the team arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The plumbing issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to ensure everything was left clean and tidy. I would confidently recommend Sven Plumbing to anyone seeking reliable and professional plumbing services.

They have a community day each year and provide free services for people in need. They came to work on my mother’s bathroom tap. They replaced it and charged her nothing.

Definitely above and beyond.
Many thanks

Was EXTREMELY capable & professional.
I would highly recommend him & anyone, employed by SVENS PLUMBING

We called Sven’s plumbing services to fix our outdoor tap that would not turn off. They answered the phone straight away & after a few questions, we booked a timeframe that suited us both. Paul & Chris called 15 minutes prior to arriving and were very helpful, professional and friendly. Even though we knew it was a small job they didn’t hesitate to help us and we’re thrilled with the result. We absolutely recommend this company and we will be using them again if the need should arise.

After seeing the Sven’s van a few times around the area, I reached out to them for support for a minor job at a new residential property that I’m about to start building on.
It was a non urgent matter, however they were able to visit within 36 hours of reaching out, and actually solved my issue on site for me and didn’t even charge me a cent! Absolutely exceptional customer service, and this was the first time I’d ever spoken to them. Would highly recommend!
Thanks Sven’s!!

Sven’s team laid everything out for us up- front, gave good advice consistent with what a previous plumber had informed us, David advised against unnecessary extras and there were no gotcha’s. Sven carried out the work at very short notice despite it being a public holiday, and even afforded us a seniors discount. They were very pleasant, professional and the bathroom was sparkling clean when Sven finished. Overall we are delighted clients.

Excellent service and comms, job well done and neatly. Can highly recommend Sven & Co

We had a gas leak near the gas meter. Sven arrived at the agreed time & was polite & professional. Sven located the leak at the gas regulator & advised the gas company was responsible for replacing the pressure regulator. We asked Sven if he gave pensioner discounts & advised he would charge us nothing for his time & materials provided we kept him in mind for future plumbing requirements. It has been a pleasure dealing with Sven & we highly recommend Svens Plumbing.

Restored my gas far quicker than expected. The guys at Sven’s plumbing worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to give us heating and hot water again. We are so appreciative of there hard work especially with young children in the house.

Sven’s plumbing and gas came to install my new kitchen mixer and water filtration system. Perfect job at a reasonable price. Will call again in the future for sure.

perfect job at a perfect price. Sven even fixed our irrigation pipe for us free of charge as he had spare parts left over in the van. I would recommend to friends. Thanks again so much for your help guys!

Fixed all our leaking taps, we’re very reasonable cost wise and extremely efficient. Clearly professionals at the craft. I have a fridge magnet not and see no reason to call anyone else. What a fantastic service.
