Potřeboval jsem jednoduché stropní světlo a našel jsem ho poměrně rychle. Po instalaci vypadá čistě a místnost díky němu nepůsobí přeplněně.
Přišel poškozený produkt (stropní svítidlo) e-shop působí snahou o "reklamaci" ale již přes měsíc na dotázání používá obdobné fráze a nic se neděje. Poškozený a z části nefunkční produkt doma bez vrác... Voir plus

This company are scammers
This company are scammers , I ordered an ice machine , they sent me an ice bucket ! When I complained they offered me 20% refund !, ...do not use then ! I am reporting to trading standards , I scored 1 star as u can't leave a review without it , but they are totally zero star

Do not use this company they are fraudsters. From the UK their website appears to represent a company established in The Netherlands. We bought the compact ice maker - it does not have a simple plug in connection - none at all, it does not have an automatic shut off, you cannot watch ice forming. it is a simple box for storing ice in your freezer. This box is on sale at less than half the price of £27.90 on other websites. The company did not respond to the complaints about the false description of the item - judging by the comments on this site they must have been aware of this for some time yet 16/7/26 they are still falsely describing the item. The company does everything to prevent a refund - long protracted emails and all returns to China are at the buyers cost and the company then levies a 15% tax for handling the refund. However, it doesn't end there because the company still reserves the right to refuse the refund. Simply put, for an item of £27.90 value it is not worth sending the item back. We wish we had checked this site before purchasing. Avoid at all costs.

A bunch of chancers. Avoid
Nothing to add that hasn't already been covered, a very underhand retailer.
From order to deliver 3 weeks for a shower mat. Then if you want to return you have to send it back to China and pay a 15% surcharge.. Avoid this lot of chancers at all cost.

"Compact tabletop ice maker"
This is a plastic box that you can put your own pre-frozen ice cubes in. Nothing more, nothing less.
"..the transparent window lets you watch the ice form". Not true.
"Simple plug-in connection" Not true. There is no electrical connection nor cooling mechanism.
"..Fast ice cube production within minutes." Not true.
"Automatic shut-off and transparent window for monitoring." Not true - there is nothing to "shut off".
Based on reviews here of the returns process I'm not going to waste my time trying.
My most charitable view is that they used the description from a proper ice maker.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They are just reselling products from AliExpress or Temu at inflated prices. The chandelier arrived with a remote control and instructions entirely in Chinese. I paid a good price expecting a high-quality product, but what I received was a very poor-quality item with questionable certification and poor documentation.

This company is a scam. I was sold a fake external hard disk drive. It came damaged and didn't work. It is also very lightweight, probably a sign that inside isn't even a hard drive. probably some rigged SD card.

I ordered a light that was not intended for the European market. The product arrived without manual or proper documentation, which raised concerns about its compliance and safety.
When I requested a return, the company repeatedly tried to discourage me by offering partial refunds and store credit instead of processing the return. Only after several emails was I provided with a return address in China, with return shipping costs to be paid by me. On top of that, the company stated that 15% of the purchase price would be deducted for so-called administrative and processing fees.
The entire return process was unnecessarily complicated and gave me the impression that the company was trying to discourage customers from exercising their right to return a product. Before ordering, I strongly recommend checking where the products are actually shipped from and carefully reviewing the return policy.
Overall, this was a very disappointing shopping experience, and I would not purchase from this store again.

This company has a horrific returns…
This company has a horrific returns policy. I tried to cancel my order the next day and they refused. Ironically i had changed my mund anyway, however, when the item arrived damaged in the packaging they were back and forth loads with useless offers that i refused. Then they eventually said i could return, but the item had to be back within 30 days of purchase - in China. Total scam. They were just delaying it so there was no way i could return on time. Then they say you have to pay 15% on top of return fees for the refund. In reality you will never get the item back in time and they will never return your money. It is a total scam.

výrobník ledu
Zakoupila jsem výrobník ledu. Nebyla tam napsáno, že to není výrobník ledu ale pouze forma do mrazáku. Ve velmi krátkém čase mi přišel balík z Číny s drahou formou na led. Našla jsem ho na jiných čínských e-shopech za třetinovou cenu. Navrácení je možné ve 30 dnech, ale platíte zásilku do Číny plus si obchod strhne 15% z ceny výrobku na nějaké prý provozní náklady. Čili vrátíte výrobek a vrátí se vám zlomek ceny, za který jste jej koupili. Já osobně tam už nic nekoupím.

Zwrot wg tej firmy: należy odesłać do Chin na koszt własny przy czym .... potracają 15% kosztów operacyjnych (??) . Druga opcja :zatrzymujesz towar a firma zwraca 25% ceny zakupu co wg . firmy wygląda to tak : 25% od 754,90 polskich zł wynosi ...101 zł polskich .
