Potřeboval jsem jednoduché stropní světlo a našel jsem ho poměrně rychle. Po instalaci vypadá čistě a místnost díky němu nepůsobí přeplněně.
Přišel poškozený produkt (stropní svítidlo) e-shop působí snahou o "reklamaci" ale již přes měsíc na dotázání používá obdobné fráze a nic se neděje. Poškozený a z části nefunkční produkt doma bez vrác... Voir plus

Svetla-living proszę o informację gdzie mogę zwrócić 2 lampy które nie działają i 1 lampę która przyszła nie zgodna z zamówieniem. Kontakt bezpośredni był wielokrotny, i jedynie co Pañstwo oferują to rabaty na kolejne zamówienia ale jak można składać ponownie zamówienia kiedy sprzedajecie zepsute lampy bez możliwości zwrotu.

Důrazně nedoporučuji nákup, dorazilo nekvalitní zboží, které neodpovídá popisu ani ceně. Komunikace se zákaznickým servisem nevede k žádnému řešení situace, teprve po obdržení zboží se dovídáme, že objednávku je třeba vrátit do Číny.

Agressive droppshiping internet store impossible return of goods
I want to share my full experience so other buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this store.
The product I received was significantly different from what was advertised on the website. The quality was very poor, the workmanship did not match the promotional images, and the item arrived damaged. In my opinion, it was a low-quality product presented online as something much higher grade.
Immediately after delivery, I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for a product matching the advertised quality. This was never offered. Instead, I received repeated offers of partial refunds (gradually increasing percentages), while the seller required me to return the item internationally at my own expense.
The store advertises an “easy 30-day return,” but in practice the return must be shipped overseas, reportedly to China. The shipping cost is higher than the value of the product itself, which makes the return option economically unreasonable and effectively unusable.
After the store publicly asked me to contact them again to resolve the issue, I did so. Unfortunately, the result was the same. A full refund or proper exchange was still refused. I continued receiving persistent messages offering partial refunds and referring to their internal refund policy. Some of these responses appeared automated and were sent in different languages, but none addressed the main issue — that the product delivered does not match what was advertised.
In practical terms, the only solution offered was to either pay excessive international return shipping or accept a reduced refund for goods that were not as described.
Because no fair resolution was offered, I had to resolve the matter through my bank, which approved a chargeback due to goods not matching the description.
Based on my experience and publicly available information, this appears to be an aggressive dropshipping operation without a physical retail presence. The business does not appear to operate a traditional store and seems to function through an online-only structure registered in the Netherlands as a sole proprietorship. It is not a Czech-based retailer despite marketing toward Czech customers. The website operates through a hosted ecommerce platform and communication is remote, which makes resolving problems difficult and impersonal.
I also noticed that a very similar experience has already been described on Trustpilot by another customer writing in Polish, which suggests this may not be an isolated case.
Overall, the process was very difficult to deal with and required escalation outside the company to obtain a fair outcome.
Buyers should be very cautious. Carefully review where returns must be shipped, who pays for shipping, and whether the product delivered is likely to match the advertised quality. My review reflects my actual experience from purchase through attempted resolution and final chargeback.

Bohužel nemám dobrou zkušenost s tímto e-shopem. Po 2 týdnech nevim, kdy zboží obdržím. Psala jsem na zákaznický servis 2x. Napsali, že prověří odeslání na expedici. Podruhé už týden čekám na odpověď … takže nevim, kdy zboží můžu očekávat.
