Bought some prescription goggles. When they arrived they were blurry & unusable- it was as if I had no glasses on whatsoever. I emailed the company and they replied telling me where to send them back. I sent them back tracked about a month ago. Tracking showed they received them but to date they've ignored all my emails & not issued any refund.

Opened a case on PayPal & it ruled in my favour. AVOID.

In reference to your comment about how you are ''happy to discuss directly''- I emailed you twice asking why you had not refunded me despite the product being returned. You responded WEEKS later on the 20.07.2026 saying ''i will follow this up with our warehouse''. You never got back to me about that. I then had to open a case on Paypal and you also didn't respond to them, so they refunded me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Had I not bought through Paypal, I'd have no way of getting my money back. Read the other reviews if you are considering using this website.

Absolutely shocking customer service, in all the years I’ve been buying online I’ve never experienced anything like this. Returned goggles as instructed having tried them on once at home, heard nothing, kept chasing, finally 3 weeks later they told me that they would only refund half the value as the goggles had been used and there were ‘watermarks’ clearly implying I’d worn them swimming. Having sent a further 4 emails to them to object very strongly to this suggestion, I have again heard nothing back from them at all. Totally unacceptable, would NEVER buy from them again.

Returned prescription goggles to them to get a refund (goggles too small but not used) and did not get any acknowledgement. Have sent so many emails, most of which have been ignored. Initiated a refund via Paypal as I was getting nowhere, and then they told me if I cancelled it they would refund me. Has not happened. I have proof of the return and Paypal confirmed that I have not been refunded in any way. In one email it says I have been refunded, and also that they cannot refund me? Makes no sense at all! I'm so disappointed with this, just a terrible way to treat a customer.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Prescription goggle leaks water, reflected to the company a few times, the company did’t reply when it did months later, it said it can not doing anything due to the time that has past. Complained of poor customer service, again company does not reply. Very poor service
