I completed a form for comparing energy prices in early September. They suggested I switch from Octopus to British Gas as my current contract was ending.They said I would save on my direct debit. I changed within days and paid slightly less in September but in October was told my direct debit would increase by 30% on 1st December to £119.56 a month from £90! That's scandalous!

I asked for an energy quote and didnt receive anything after talking to a gent on the phone he wanted me to sign up there and then but i wanted a quote to give me details, he basically just put the phone down on me. I suspect that they get commission on signing people up so he couldn't be bothered to send me the details i wanted.

Asked for a quote for gas and electricity,the quote was so low that it raised my concern that it couldn't be right also thay were using British Gas name.I wouldn't use this site as this obviously could put you into debt.

I’d swapped my broadband over through swapmybills on the 19th September. I was assured swapmybills would get in touch with BT aswell as diverting the calls from my talktalk business line to my mobile. It is now 20th October I’m without Wi-Fi my calls hadn’t been diverted. Nobody contacted any firms causing huge effects on my staff and business! Won’t be recommending and what a stressful first experience! Never again

Swapping broadband has been stopped twice by plusnet. The company that i left plusnet are not closing my contract with them at all.

Nothing was too much bother about explaining things. So helpful. Very pleasant .
Can't keep same landline number
All handled well by the caller....but when Shell sent the details they gave me a new land line number which the Swap my bills caller said he would put on the notes we wanted to keep existing number. This has not happen have had to ring numerous times but no one can change it back until the migration date has happen and hope someone in the background has or can change it back to the number we want to keep. Not a good first experience when something that was a simple exchange goes wrong at the first attempt. Puts you off changing providers...which is the crux of your business .
