I've had a redemption for 100$ for a month and it's still processing stop it that's crazy

The website overall has improved overtime, even though there does seem to be some skepticism about payouts. I have recently purchased over $200 in packages, and finally submitted a redemption request for $350 on 6/15/26. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, considering they have been responsive and I have seen other reviews stating they have gotten paid out. I will update my review to five stars once my payout has been confirmed / processed.

I can’t in good conscience give them a positive rating. It’s sad bc the site really isn’t bad and there are tons of games.

But I’m not sure when/if I’ll be paid. I’ve had a $2,000 redemption pending for a week now, and even more than that submitted later.

Support has been somewhat responsive, they will email me back once or twice a day, but it’s usually very basic replies.

Idk if I can say it’s a total scam, bc I do know ppl have been paid out, but it seems like it takes a lot of persistence to make that happen.

SLV, if you see this, EMAIL ME. I know that you know who I am, I just want to resolve this.

I will update ASAP if they pay me.

EDIT 6/23/26: They have sent confirmation that my redemption was processed. Funds have not arrived yet, but I will update again once the money hits my account.

EDIT 2: I HAVE RECEIVED THE FULL $2,000. This was very stressful, but I have been paid. I used ACH, not crypto. If they’re not paying you, KEEP PUTTING THE PRESSURE ON. Email them, leave complaints on SweepsKing forums, AskGamblers forums, and everywhere else. Do not go gently into that good night.

Fake casino, does not pay out. No customer service. Do not spend here.

If I had the option, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 Star… complete, and inadequate customer support, software is completely outdated and unresponsive most of the time( I couldn’t even get a slot to open without an error message and that’s any slot on multiple different browsers and login attempts)

My advice is to stay away!!!

So far crypto redemption has been submitted for 48 hours. Account verified 0 issue they cannot process a redemption. Already given random excuses saying they are waiting for finance and they have a large amount of withdrawal requests etc. I’ll update review if they actually payout or provide any decent customer service at all. My opinion of this site so far is run and run fast. Other sites actually treat customers well. This place is questionable.

I'm trying to shout this out where ever I can to warn people. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! They bait you in, and never pay out. Please avoid them at all costs. Their buy-in packages are appealing with 50%+ extra SC coins, and it appears legit, and games play perfectly, but when you win and go to redeem....nothing. I went to check my redemptions after a few days and found my account had been blocked, and was sent an email stating that I had fraudulently opened up 2 accounts, and so they were closing my account and not giving me any money. Just...poof...robbed me blind. I was owed over $2,000 in redemption money. They refused to answer any of my emails or claims after that. I contacted my bank to try and get the transactions reversed, citing them as fraudulent, so it is still up in the air as to whether or not I will at least get my initial investment back. I'll continue to go wherever I can to warn others, but please share this far and wide so we can get this place shut down!

They got me for 600. I bought four 150 packages and only won 200 from spins. Went to redeem and they deleted my account and said bonus abuser lol. For some reason sweepkings has a high rating for them but I should have checked here first.(side note i bet on knicks game one and won huge so not too mad anymore)

Horrible place to play as many others i played hundreds of dollars in and as soon as I finally won something worth cashing out they sent an email saying my account was closed due to multiple accounts with the same ip address attempted multiple times to get in touch with support but the only response I received was from generic support who couldn't do anything to help not even put me in actual contact with the redemption team who I was supposed to contact for my request. To this day it's been longer than a week still no response from the supposed redemption team. Biggest scam ill be asking some lawyers to check into legal repercussions for them

Edit: it is now June 30th. Still waiting on my redemption, they are crooks. Ill be filing formal dispute with my bank and state general attorneys. I keep getting the same answer, "rest assure they are working on it" no excuse to be in que thie long.

I have been waiting on my redemption of $318 now since 4/18/2026 (it is June, 8)
Weekly I email them asking for a response only be told the same exact thing, they are working on it, it is pending, im in line.. nothing to do on my end.
I am so beyond sick on waiting for a small amount like $318.. stay away from this site so many other great options that do immediate pay out or up to 3 business days.

This absolutely trash website needs to be removed from the internet. If you are looking to play on that fake site just go donate your money to the toilet its gone. I won on here redeemed 100$ and they deleted my account. Stay away from these back alley goons they SUCK!!!!

I have an $1,800 redemption that has been pending since 4-14-2026, I have contacted there support at least a dozen times and they pretty much say the same thing over and over. I have played through my packs at least 10x over so even if you play fair you still have to wait. I will happily update if I get the redemption

Haven’t been paid. Been waiting since 5-16-2026.

I should have known they were exit scamming with the recently good deals last month. Been waiting on my payout for over a month, I doubt its coming but i'm giving them 1 more week before I file a chargeback.

They say 24-48 hr redemption time. Have hit for literal thousands and redeemed and not once have I recieved my redemption. Got tired of waiting and played it bk after a week of them being processed. Then soon as I play it bk I get an email saying I have nothing to redeem. Well tht sounds pretty intentional on timing if u ask me. Currently have a redemption in que since Friday and still nothing. Take my advise domt waste ur time or money.

They don't pay out ever!

UPDATE!!! 3 MONTHS NOW AND STILL HAVE HAD NO MONEY REDEEMED INTO MY ACCOUNT. THESE PPL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER PAY OUT. ALWAYS SEND THE SAME AUTOMATED EMAILS.

Update 5 months nothing

So far $400 out of 2000 has been sent to my bank account . Have been waiting since may 4th

Use crypto for redeems! I’ve now gotten over $2000 in redemptions all within 3-4 business days via bitcoin. For example I actually cancelled all of my bank redemptions on a Wednesday to switch them to crypto redeems. Tuesday the next week I received my winnings. Such great deals too! 10/10!
