Doesn't pay. Your redemption will just sit there "pending" forever and you don't get response from emailing. I won't say it's a scam because people have received redemptions but taking WEEKS for a measly $100-$200 and not responding to customers is RED FLAG behavior. Just stick with the legit casinos and save yourself the stress.

May 13 2006 I redeemed $100 and the next morning I had a Email stating they Closed my Account because I reside in a Restricted State which is Tennessee.Kinda funny because back on March I made a Purchase for $50 but they let that go through without any indication I was in a Restricted State at All.. E-mailed Support about the Situation and NOTHING.. WOULD Not TRUST THIS SITE IF I WERE YOU..💯SCAM

Over a month I waited for a 400$ redemption. I figured I was never going to see it anyway so I played it and it is now over 1,800$. Funny how I hear nothing from them at all until I cancel my redemption and I get an email hours later stating I have no pending redemptions. I can’t wait for this to take possibly months now if I ever see it at all. Personally I think this casino is a fraud.

Like others have said, I believe they are exit scamming, sigh, time to chargeback :/

I have played this site for a couple of months and thought it worked pretty well. Then I won $213 and attempted to redeem all of it. The first problem they came up with is that until you make a purchase you can only redeem $100 max. They said this was in their terms and conditions. So they stole $112 from me and told me to refile my redemption for $100. I did that thinking that they were pretty quick to take that money and point out there ridiculous rule. I figured they would they would be just as quick to give me the remaining money. As the weeks stretch into a month I email them every other day demanding they pay me and I get the excuse to that there have been higher than usual redemptions and they will get to it as soon as they can. If it takes this long to process redemptions maybe they should find a business more suitable to their delays and excuses. Perhaps they could run a federal office like the IRS or a state office like the DMV! I haven't given up hope and plan on sending some of these reviews to them but I'm sure they are aware of their behavior and are probably proud of it. Is there any kind of regulation on sweep coin sites that we could complain to? This is a big failure on their part to not do what is a major part of there business; truly the most important part!

I played here not really expecting much due to the reviews... I was genuinely shocked to actually receive my cashout and only within a few days too. I submitted my request on Sunday morning and got a link to a site to submit my crypto wallet address this morning and was paid within minutes of doing that step. The selection of games is really good, probably some of the best around. All in all, it's a much better experience than everyone would have you believe.

scamming pos where is the damn support they took off the live support so you cant get a thing from them i want my account deleted you stupid thieves these so called humans make you waite so long for youe withdraw you just give up and end up losing it all to them so pathetic its a crime dont play here dont buy here just save your energy for somewhere that pays.

They allowed me to buy 1000$ on their website. When I went to redeem 1200$ they closed my account for no reason. Worst casino ever. Watch out for the scam casinos people.

Been 19 days and haven’t heard anything back from. At this point I’m not worried but somebody need to do something about them cause I for sure know there scamming people. I had to curse them out to close my account.

submitted redemption on 4/26/26
emailed 4-6 times to the financing team and customer support team emails, they both replied quickly and where nice, redemption was approved 5/5/26 so not too long, received my deposit later that day, so overall not a scam, just slower than most

Site is still a bit clunky but the deals ($50 to get $100, 150% to 200% off packages daily) and games provided (especially the inclusion of Hacksaw games) makes up for the weird site bugs. Currently up about $4600, have redeemed $400 before and was paid out within 3-4 days back in March.

Currently waiting on the other redemptions and by the looks of it, it might take a few weeks to months to get these redemptions at all but the trick is to just wait and don’t budge. I have a $800 and $1800 redemption pending since April 27 and 29 and will update once these two are officially accepted and sent.

Also have $2k I just redeemed today and will update on that as well (made them in $500 increments so hopefully this expedites the process).

For a sweepstakes casino, they should have a live chat agent instead of all things through email, they did pay me my first time so hoping they do the same for these.

Will update this review once I’m paid out to 5.

Paid out the $800 redemption today, awaiting the rest!

Waiting on withdrawal for 4 weeks... generic email response every time that they are handling a lot of withdrawals...SCAM... will be reported to BBB and state jag/ag for fraud. Either return our deposits or put the withdrawals through!

WORST CASINO EVER! I have been waiting since January 21, 2026 for my redemption and when they finally email you back it is the same thing over and over!!! I won a 500 dollar jackpot and they never redemmed any of it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO…

Im waiting for my redemption on my winnings.march 23 2026 and still nothing.it likes they making me wait till i decide to cancel it.i mean when i go and check transaction history click redemption.the first i saw was the word cancel caus it was the only word is really highlighted in bright color.lol

This site is nothing but a scam! I've been waiting for a $100 redemption since 4/6 and its still processing and able to be canceled. I have contacted them via email multiple times and get the same generic bullshit about how backed up they are on redemptions! Clearly they are bringing in money with all the deals offered but can't even swing a small redemption?! They are just collecting payment and paying nothing out!

6 weeks and my 300$ redemption is still pending where I can still cancel it. This site is currently doing a money grab. Offering 100% extra packages . 50$ for 100$ , 30$ for 60$ . They have been doing these for the last 2 weeks. They can literally do 400% extra becuase they will never pay out . Classic money grab. Remember to call your bank for a scam site and get your purchases refunded.

If there were zero stars, this sweeps casino deserves it. I have been waiting on a redemption since March 20, 2026 and have chalked it up as a loss after several run around emails from their support team. Do not spend any money or time with this scam casino!

This is by far one of the worst ever casino company’s specifically when it comes too redemptions my redemption is going on day 8 and they market 24-48 business hour redemption times that’s false advertising and I could sue for that alone. Not including support can’t do a thing I emailed them and got back what everyone else is getting blah blah blah it might take awhile due to the amount of redemptions were processing. I’m sure the money just sitting in there account collecting interest making them more money. But I’m not even sure there going to pay me out my redemption hasn’t even been approved yet. Just save yourself the trouble of using this brand and use a bigger more trust worthy brand like stakeus or Modo or spinpals all legit. I will update the review if they ever do decide to pay out my redemption that was supposed to take 24-48 business hours on apr15. I’ve read similar reviews on here about people having the same problems but do eventually end up getting their redemption whenever they feel like sending it out. I will most likely be making a report to the better business bureau because this is outrageous such a pyramid scheme.
