Ordered two bags of 1kg sweets. Very happy with them both orders. Good range of sweets, some nicer than others! Cherry fish seem to be the best!

I ordered x4 1kg bags, when they arrived not one had a 1kg of sweets inside including the packaging, wouldnt recommend or use again, all 4 bags were under the 1Kg they were supposed to weigh.

845g 917g 865g 908g = 465g short of the 4Kg that i paid for.

Sweets were nice and fresh, but slow delivery and way less sweets than id paid for, cant recommend using this company im affraid and i personally will not be buying from Sweet Delivery again. Disapointed 😢

After an issue with Evri, Sean very kindly replaced my order and got my 2x 1kg bags sent out. I was pleasantly surprised with how big the bags are!
Unfortunately 1 of the bags is missing 3 of the sweets I selected and the other bag is missing 2 of the sweets I selected. I ordered the second bag as a gift so a little gutted that the receiver is missing the green turtles when that’s their favourite sweet. I think if it wasn’t for how much I paid (almost £27 in a sale) I wouldn’t be bothered

Just received my first order. Great choice of sweets, great value for many. Very fast delivery. For any lovers of good old fashioned pick and mix, this company is perfect.

Got in contact with them just to make sure my order had gone through and they let me know everything was fine. And that the order had been sent. But wow when I recieved them the bags were huge! I have ordered 3 times now for me, my family and as a gift. Best quality sweets and great customer updates regarding dispatch and delivery.

After a positive experience previously with my last order, I decided to place a second one and take advantage of their offers. This time around however, it’s been an awful experience.

I placed my order over the weekend and it was shipped out on Monday. The tracking showed it as being out for delivery on Wednesday 18 September, but it hasn’t updated since then. I emailed Sweet Delivery to see if they could speak to Evri as they have the contractual relationship with them to find out what’s happening.

I’ve not received a single response to my emails, they have just completely ignored me. I’ve managed to contact Evri who have said that my parcel is officially lost and let me know that Sweet Delivery will receive compensation for my order so I need to follow up with them for my refund or replacement. Despite many attempts at following up, I still haven’t had a response. Perhaps their customer service skills were left in the Love Island villa??

There is a line on the website that Sweet Delivery apparently don’t accept responsibility for any items lost in transit - only I’ve been told they will be compensated for my lost order. So they get my money, compensation from Evri, and I get…nothing? They cannot refuse to compensate customers when goods don’t arrive, but apparently they can ignore them!!

I’ve raised a charge back with my bank as clearly Sweet Delivery are quite happy to receive x2 payments for my order and not bother to provide the products. Definitely one to avoid!

Ordered multiple times from here and the sweets are amazing!! Bags are jam packed full and there was a minor error with my order but it was swiftly corrected by the fab customer service.

Ordered sweets on the 7th July and did not receive them I have emailed multiple times and left messages on instagram multiple times and I have heard nothing back!

Crappy shop I ordered a pick n mix bag and they didn’t give me the correct sweets I selected. They are ignoring all messages on email and TikTok don’t shop with these scammers

This is in no way a personal opinion of the character of the owner. I actually ordered from them as I had read that people were unfairly reviewing this company due to the owners participation in a popular dating show.
I ordered a small delivery of sweets (for around £25) and it was short delivered. Despite numerous attempts at contacting the company, and with evidence that the Facebook messages have been read, I have yet to receive a response weeks later. It's sad, as I would have been a loyal customer.
This was a trial run purchase and I work at a school, so it really is a pity.
**Edit - about 5 weeks after receiving the sweets I was refunded the short delivery, so I have added a star to the rating. I probably won't order again though.

Sweets tasted like ass, took ages to be delivered. I could smell bum fingers inside the sweet packet, absolutely appalled, this is not acceptable and I won’t be ordering from here again !
