Digusting food gave me food poising. No hygiene check. Don’t know what’s worst the food or Sean’s handling of Omar in the villa removing him for no valid reason. If your connection with Matilda was so strong you wouldn’t be worried about Omar being there. Selfish little f. Voted out next public vote for sure

Poor sweets poor ambassadors having Sean as an ambassador is shameful if the man has no loyalty and is a snake (as shown on love island) how can I trust the business

Sweets are very nice but delivery timing is awful. I paid for standard 2-4 day delivery try and it took over a week to arrive. Then I bought next day delivery for a different order and it took a week to arrive. I sent them an email on both occasions and didn’t get a refund or a response. Expect long delivery if you order from them

I paid for next day delivery on time and it did not arrive next day. It came the following day when I wasn't home and I ended up having to collect it 1 week after. I contacted the sweet delivery and they have ignored my email. Will not be ordering from them again

Only giving a 5 because they don’t offer a 10!! I’m from US and I’m getting ready to place my 4th or 5th order with this amazing company! Sweets are absolute delicious! Sweets are so fresh! Shipping is quick and packing is impeccable! I would recommend it all. I’ve not had anything I haven’t loved! Especially the Bubs! I’m a huge Bub fan for sure but even the gummy sweets there are absolutely delicious! If you haven’t ordered from Sean and Willow yet then you definitely need to! You will not be disappointed and I promise you’ll be back again and again! Website is setup perfect for ordering! And the customer service is beyond amazing! Sean acknowledges customers as he packs orders on live and he is very quick with responding to emails!! They definitely get my stamp of approval and I’ll be a lifelong supporter and customer!! 💜🍭💜

What great value for money! Tasty sweets too. I love that you can build your own bags with what you choose. Some cables came a little broken up but this didn't bother us as you just eat them anyways and they taste the same! Will definitely order again in the future! Glad I came across you on tik tok :)

This company is ridiculous. Delivery is too long, zero communication from seller. Requested refund and was ignored. Order received, was not what I ordered. The cables were broken and manhandled 75% snapped in half and small hairs stuck all over the sweets.To make matters much worse I have found 4 reviews on (their) tick tock using my details that I absolutely did not write. Why would I praise this company?

Never turned up. Ordered a make your own pic n mix on the 2nd december its now the 7th. I had an email to say royal mail are on strike so will take longer. But that's a unprecedented excuse. I paid for next day delivery and still haven't recieved mt sweets that i ordered for my sons birthday party. Really really unhappy
