Firstly: I think any of the positive reviews for this company on here are fake, they have to be! Just too good to be true considering my experience. I would take a lot of heed from the 1 star reviews if I were you! The company seems to be Chinese, though the fancy websites say 'UK' and 'US' on them - which I'm sad to say fooled me. They have a Chinese attitude to customer service too, making it difficult for returns, not accepting their resposibility and wanting to charge for restocking and postage. They had the nerve to offer me 10% off. The fancy pictures of products on their websites are not representative of what they will send you either. I wanted to return a hat that has a distorted rim due to them stuffing it into too small a box. Not only that, and my main issue actually, is that it wasn't the same as shown on the site by a long margin. The crown is lower, the crown has a different dimple in the top, there is no lining when they said there was one. Yet all they can do is ask about damage, insist on photos etc., when they know they've send me a load of crap. The quality just isn't there for a hat that was advertised as originally being £92 worth. To me it is worthless and I wouldn't been seen dead in it. Even for a fancy dress party, which is all it's good for. Beware and do your research better than I! If I get satisfaction from these people I will update this review, but with their attitude I don't hold out a lot of hope.
Horrible misleading and cheap material.
Ordered a suit I usually wear lard, I ordered xl. The xl was small. I asked to return they start telling me to keep it and they will give me $50 when I insist on returning it they said $90 lol. Any way now there is 20% restocked fee. And i need to pay for shipping.
Stay away save your money.
They contact me for resolution but they have no solution.
Still saying a scam stay away

They said there isn't anything wrong with the quality - bit of a joke really! I wouldn't buy a thing from them. SUCH poor quality. Please beware as I think some of these reviews are fake as well - these cowboy hats are NOT worth £50...not even worth £2.

I ordered cowboy hats from sweetearing that state "premium wool" and "leather hat band". the hats arrived and are completely different than the photos on their website. the hats are not wool and are very poor quality. when I contacted them they said the hats are "fine" and an upgraded quality. The gaslighting is hilarious! They know they are using other peoples product photos and trying to pass off poor quality products and then charge a restocking fee and make you pay to return the items. Do not purchase from this website!

The website has excellent pictures but I received a suit 3x smaller than my order. Instead of admitting fault and refunding my money I have to go back and forth with the support team. Don’t waste your time or money on these scam artists.

The products in the picture are not accurate to the product you will receive. But this company will work with you and if you don't end up happy you will get a no hassle refund. I would do business again with this company if they in fact had the correct product.

From start to finish the people at Sweetearing were very patient and worked effortlessly to not only answer my questions but also guided me through sizing for a hat. Unfortunately even with all their help and guidance my head is to small for the hat that I wanted. I'm very pleased to have been able to deal with such patient people. I can say this , you can't go wrong working with them. They go the extra mile and then some to help you.

I ordered two suit from them for my kids for prom! They are both very nice suit but one didn’t fit my son and the color was not quite what we were looking for, they were very quick to respond when I sent a request for a return and instead of me having to return the suit they said I could keep it and gave me a partial refund, I was very impressed and greatful for the great customer service! I will be ordering again from them!

Reached out to customer service a week after I ordered. Did not receive updates but was also unaware that it was in the UK (I’m in the US) Customer service had a quick response and was able to cancel and get a quick refund.

Wouldn't pay £2 for this fancy dress suit. Horrible materiel which is see-through and horrible customer service who try everything to not give you your money back.

I really don't ever write reviews, but for this company I will. I bought my husband a size M suit and it arrived on time and was packaged great. Upon trying on the suit, everything fit except the jacket...it was a bit tight on his biceps. I reached out to the company via email and received great, quick and efficient customer service. Within days an exchange was made. Very happy with the product and customer service.

But I've never regretted purchasing from them and believe it to be good value for the cost.

I am very disappointed with SweetEarings’ customer service and return policy.
I ordered an item on December 1st, well in advance of Christmas, specifically because it was intended as a gift for my children. Despite ordering early, the item was not delivered until December 16th, leaving very little time to inspect or resolve any issues.
SweetEarings enforces a strict 10-day return window, which is unreasonable—especially during the holiday season when many customers are purchasing gifts that are not opened immediately. Like most people buying Christmas presents, I ordered early but did not open the item until the holiday. Which was one day before the 10 day return policy.
Customer service was unhelpful and showed no flexibility or understanding of the situation. There was no attempt to work toward a reasonable solution or take into account the context of a holiday purchase.
I would strongly caution anyone ordering gifts from this company. Their return policy is rigid and not customer-friendly, and their customer service does not prioritize fairness or common-sense solutions.

They are selling low cost product but using high quality photography and misleading content and description's of poor quality products. Very slow delivery only to find its the quality of a dollar store or warehouse brand. Its a well manufactured scam rather than a well manufactured product. I bought a £56 hat that cost a further £7 to take a 2 week ship to arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
