Arrived in good time. Easy to order and grandchildren love the sweets. What more could I ask for?

I love my mix share bag, I got to choose 16 different sweets and they did not disappoint. They were delicious. I also bought a Halloween mix bag which were delicious too. Especially the marshmallow pumpkins yum

Absolutely amazing sweets! They have an excellent range of sweets available for the My Mix bag and their other bags are really unique. The sweets are delicious, the delivery is fast and the range is way better than any of Sweet Factory’s competitors. What more could you want?

I am a jelly expert and loveeeeee sweets and these are by far the nicest I have tasted in a long time plus they are Irish so we support our own. Really recommend them they are delish 😋

I’ve loved Sweet Factory mixes since I was a child when I’d get them in the supermarket near my house. I’m a vegetarian now though as an adult and I struggle to find gelatine free jellies. Sweet Factory’s vegan mixes are amazing with a really broad selection! I’ve ordered from here a few times and most recently there was an issue where I didn’t receive my order. But Sean was able to help, and even sent me a mini vegan mix as an extra for the mistake caused! Super nice :)

Amazing service...the sweets were delicious and arrived really quickly. Was great to handpick some old favourites and have them delivered. The only thing I would nitpick about is that I was given no notice that the order was out for delivery or given an approximate window of when they would be there. They literally arrived as I was on my way out the door which surprised me as I didnt even know they were on the way! Otherwise was really happy with my experience

Ordered two bags of sweets. One bag came perfectly, however the second bag had one wrong sweets in it, send an email to the company explaining that they didn’t send me the correct order & never got a reply.

Great product lovely packaging highly recommend them, we order from them again.

Order process was great and delivered quickly. Everything was correct with the exception of raspberry millions subbed for strawberry which wasn't a big deal.

Only issue is i didn't get a dispatch confirmation or any delivery info, luckily I was here when the courier came. Would have been really useful to get a notification of dispatch and tracking info but thank you to the team for the easy order and quick delivery :)
