Sweet Factory Ireland Avis 

Ordered 30th June, no sign still almost a month later. Contacted numerous times heard nothing back from this company. Will have to takw further now. Stay away from this company!!!

I ordered 800g Vegan sweets over a week ago. Sweets have not been delivered. I contacted customer service, no reply at all. Extremely poor service. I would not use this company again. Avoid. Such a shame as they are an Irish business that i wanted to support.

Edited 19/05/2026 sweets have arrived. Extremely long delivery with zero communication from the company.

I submitted an order for 3 large bags and 3 mini bags for my 3 children's as Christmas stockings fillers. When the box arrived I put it away until Christmas. I opened the box Christmas Eve and was upset to see the 3 large bags were not what I ordered. I have made contact 3 times and no response. The 3 large bags were not eaten by my children and were put in the bin. Will not be using this company again given no customer service.

So so nice a real treat

I was sent the wrong order. I have emailed twice and have heard nothing back.

One product missing

Had a very very bad experience with my purchase. I ordered a day before the stated cutoff for Christmas delivery. No sign of movement on 23rd and messaged the company. No reply from company. I messaged again after Christmas Day saying I now wanted to cancel my order. No reply from company. i got an automated email on 5th Jan at 8pm to say order was now being dispatched. I’ve still received no reply to either email I sent as of 12th January. Other services around that offer better service and value and who appreciate customers will be getting my business in future.

I ordered on the 18th December as it said on the website the cut off point was 19th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I never received my order and when I contacted them late December I got an email in January saying they had finally shipped my order but they shipped it to my billing address (my old address) and they ignored my actual shipping address. So long story short, I never received my order and they will not respond to my emails now so I’ve lost money with them. AVOID!!!!

I’ve ordered from here a few times now, my sister loves their vegan sweets. And now I’ve started ordering vegan sweets for myself they are so good 😝 Delivery takes awhile though but it’s worth it

Ordered 2 bags, the bubs mix and the christmas mix. The bubs mix is perfect, as described. The Christmas mix I recieved had none of the jellies in the description or in the photos, what I recieved was nothing like what I thought I had purchased. I filled out an online form on their website, no response. I messaged on instagram, no response.

Purchased 2 separate items for delivery. One arrived on the Friday in time for the toy show , the other (a gift) didn’t arrive till the following Wednesday so toy show missed, very very disappointed 😞

I've purchased from Sweet Factory for Christmas the last couple of years as a treat for my wife. They've always delivered quickly and it's a good selection to choose from.

The quality of the sweets are top drawer and not over sweetened like some brands
