Ordered 30th June, no sign still almost a month later. Contacted numerous times heard nothing back from this company. Will have to takw further now. Stay away from this company!!!

Surprise box
Bought as a gift on two occasions, came in a lovely box with a message I had chosen , fabulous variety of sweets, a great surprise to receive. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Vanessa.

Fixed order!
Got sent out the wrong order but after contacting the company, my right order was sent out two days later! Lovely sweets & good price.

Trustworthy
I put my order in and didn’t look at the notice saying that they were talking a break. When I hadn’t received my order I looked at the website again and this time spotted the notice. When they got back, my order arrived soon afterwards. I was very happy with that . I would definitely recommend this company.

My package failed to be delivered due to DPD being inept, I contacted sweet factory through their online form and did not get a response.
All round disappointing, awaiting a refund.

Great product and very quick shipping
Great product and very quick shipping. This was my second time ordering. I live in Canada, we cant get certain candy back home so I was happy to find this company while I was in Dublin for a short while. I was able to order and have my package delivered in no time.

Ordered the wrong thing thinking they wouldn't have exchanged it because they dispatched it almost immediately after making the purchase but when I opened the bag the next day it was the item I wanted
