Ordered 30th June, no sign still almost a month later. Contacted numerous times heard nothing back from this company. Will have to takw further now. Stay away from this company!!!

As ordered, slow delivery times
I'm a big fan of sweet factory sweets and have bought them in bricks and mortar shops on many an occasion
as a treat. This time I decided to order a number of custom bags of jellies direct from source. While it was flagged it could take a number of working days to fulfill the order and get it delivered, in 2022 it has become normal for companies to exceed the timelines (usually 24 to 72 hours later you will have the product). It was almost a week before I received the order. Given I had hoped to share some at a party, it was disappointing that the picking and delivery times were not quicker. The sweets are lovely, but if delivery times were better it would be a higher rating.

Wow - amazing products & service
Wow! First time using & I am overwhelmed! Ordered 2 of the pick & mix vegan bags with photo/message on & 1 box of 4 bags of pick & mix. Delighted with what I received & how quickly. Absolutely gorgeous- will definitely use again & one of the people I bought for is also going to use! LOVE that you can personalise the bags.

Fantastic Highly Recommend
website so easy to use, great choice you can pick your own sweets and super fast delivery i ordered mine wednesday evening of easter week which would be so busy and they were on my doorstep at 9:30am on good friday that is so fast, presentation was amazing i got one of the Easter Boxes, highly recommend will definitely buy from again.

Really dissapointing service. Was supposed to be a gift, they sent parcel early, forgot to include the card so recipient didn’t know who it was from and they included an invoice with a the cost

Hi Lauren, you asked for your order to be delivered on a specific day. Shipping may vary from 1-2 days, so we can’t guarantee a specific day delivery and it’s not something we advertise. However, we shipped your order 2 days before to make sure it would arrive before the requested date and not after. We don’t include an invoice with any order just a packing slip which has no price on it. I’m very sorry we forgot the note, but if the packing slip was included the recipient could see who it was from. Hope they enjoyed the sweets 😊
