I originally ordered my leggings in the wrong size and the wrong resistance. I got in touch with customer service and received all of the info I needed to be able to send my leggings back. I had the new leggings in a week!

They are so comfortable and I can feel them working through my normal day. I can really feel it in my thighs and can't wait to see how my legs look in a month.

I bought 2 pair. One is resistance in the front and the other is in the back. In the back, I really liked them. They were comfortable but your legs felt great the next day. The front resistance, I just put on today. Supposed to high rise but they barely hit my waist. It does feel good with the resistance in the front. My legs are definitely working. I would buy them definitely again

The resistance bands in the front offer good knee support

Love these leggings. Purchased four pair so far. Fit is perfect using the size guideline. Their customer service is very prompt. I can actually feels the resistance bands when I am walking!

Being on a Glp1 comes with muscle loss. Wearing these leggings each day on my woods walks is one tool to keeping me strong. Also my tush has never looked so good. The burgundy color is as pictured and POCKETS

Love my leggings
I work at a desk and recently invested in a sit to stand desk for my home office. I try to move frequently but still have problems with leg swelling. These leggings are amazing for this problem. Since I started wearing them while working at home, the swelling is minimal and I can feel the benefits of the resistance bands without adding much activity to my work day. I work a lot so this feels like an efficient way to multitask work and workouts (sort of). The benefits justify the cost of these leggings.

I absolutely love the all overflex leggings because I can feel during any movement the resistance which helps tone my entire lower body. I purchased the high rise although the resistance is on upper thigh down. The pockets are great for my cell phone and id. I will be purchasing more to add to the 4 pair I already have!!!

Sweet Leggings
These are like no other leggings I’ve ever worn! I really like them! They are comfortable, tight fitting and hold everything in. I haven’t worn them long enough to see exercise benefits but I do see a difference just from wearing them around the house and doing chores. I’m excited about the possibilities of exercising in them and can’t wait to buy another pair!

I love that these leggings remind me to stay active all day!

My wife absolutely loves these leggings! I’ve purchased four pairs already for her. She wears them everyplace: around the house, out to run errands, to work out in and even at yoga class. They also dress up beautifully with a nice blouse and sandals and are easy to wash. She packed several pair for our vacation and they were perfect for traveling - beautiful colors and all day support. Thank you for such an effective wonderful, colorful and versatile product. What a find.

Lightweight Fabric
The new lightweight fabric booty band resistance capri leggings are awesome. Perfect for Florida summers. Nice resistance without being too hot. Easy to put on and stay in place. For me they stay in place better. And the wave breaker design looks great. Can't say enough about how much I love these leggings. I've been on quite a journey with Sweetflex starting out in a size 20 and now I'm a size 10 to 8 depending on the resistance. Lost 149 pounds. Oh and BTW I'm 71 years old.

I love these leggings, they give me just enough resistance to feel a difference and they have nice compression so they’re really comfortable highly recommend I already have two pair and looking forward to buying another one

I've had these for about two weeks and can definitely feel it when I wear them two days in a row. I also could feel the difference in my workout. Looking forward to seeing results!

I absolutely LOVE these pants! I went with the science and ordered a pair! I do Pilates. I think they are very comfortable.
