Sweettooth Avis 

Placed an order which never arrived. When I emailed asking where was my order was I was told I had been refused.... such a rude reply. Don't use this company.

Very responsive on the initial order, but not great communication about some important specifics. I inquired several times about the possibility of a rectangular cookie, a question that was not answered well into the process (and it was not an option, as it turned out, despite such cookies shown on the website). The cookies seemingly shipped on time, but arrived a day late (and even late on that day). I was told it was UPS's fault (due to weather), something I've rarely heard of. Seller offered to try to get a refund on the $60 next day shipping fee, but did not get back to me. The other strange thing is that they took a book cover I sent and not only used only part of it, but created a whole new graphic out of it (that was thematically related, but not the same). I had high hopes, but ended up blowing nearly $300 on cookies that arrived too late and didn't fulfill the purpose of a book cover cookie. Luckily we were saved by a local baker who came through on time. Buy local is the takeaway, I guess. But still salty about the complete lack of compensation.

The delivery arrived after 1 hour. Instead of a milkshake, I got milk. Real natural milk with dyes. No traces of ice cream inside. And one portion of that milk is 5 pounds. You can calculate for yourself how long I would drink milk for such prices. And that's three portions. I've never received a bigger piece of shit. Scammers 🖕🖕

I ordered from Sweet tooth treats yesterday afternoon and a few hrs later my order was delivered.
I am very impressed with the quality and taste of the sweets and how they had all been mixed up.
I will most certainly will be ordering from this lady again.
Prompt service good value for money & good quality products.

Have ordered so many times from here and only ever had one issue(dpd delay) which wasn’t sweet tooth treats fault. Staff always super helpful especially as one of my family has an allergy, but the staff have so much knowledge around this that I feel so at ease when ordering. Best sweets Of all the places I’ve used, won’t go anywhere else!

Got the kilo back for me and my partner, the worst mix I’ve had yet saddly just cheap and nasty. Won’t be ordering again as it’s happened on two occasions now

A week from ordering to receiving is too long and adding sweets that weren’t on the order, to make up weight, isn’t really on. No problem with the sweets though, just the service.

Sweet tooth treats are amazing. I have used them several times now, and most recent was for a custom bucket for my baby shower. It was a bit last minute but they turned it around and had it delivered to the door, which is also another great reason to chose sweet tooth treats.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing company baught some sweets for a birthday present for my boyfriends sister and they went above and beyond to make sure we received it in time and she loved them also they was grate with her nut allergy highly recommended
