Rude and inflexible.

Cancelled on us 2 days before trip and did so by Whassap not even the courtesy of a phone call. No help with finding a replacement.

Turned up on time, friendly and courteous driver, clean modern coach. What's not to love?

We booked a 9-day tour with Swift: 5 days in London and Kent, and the rest in Edinburgh.

We couldn't have asked for more. Communication was beyond our expectations, and the team was available on call even late at night. Everything went smoothly with daily pickup and dropoff. The driver was flexible, and the best part was the luxury Mercedes vehicles on both trips, with mobile charging ports and big boot spaces.

I honestly couldn’t fault the company and was so impressed from start to finish. The price was amazing compared to any other quote we had. Danny picked us up and was such a lovely guy. He took us to our destination and made sure we had a pick up point sorted as getting out Finsbury Park could be a nightmare. He texted us throughout the day to make sure everything was still to plan. Jamie picked us up and again was very helpful. He even stopped off at McDonald’s on the way back as we were a bit peckish. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better drivers. Thank you so much!

On the day of travel, the bus arrived on time, and I was impressed by its cleanliness and comfort. The driver was professional and courteous, ensuring a safe journey throughout. Additionally, the on-board amenities, such as charging ports, made the trip even more convenient and pleasant.

Amongst the numerous quotes, Swift Coach Hire provided a realistic and reasonably priced return transfer from Plymouth to Bristol Airport. Even though they sub-contracted the transfer out to a local company, the whole experience was professionally executed in a polite and timely fashion. Throughout, communication was never an issue with prompt replies to calls and questions with informative messages delivered well in advance.

Such a smooth sailing experience, contact was spot on, all contact made through WhatsApp which was very easy for me to communicate.
The driver was on time, very helpful and stopped off many times on the way as we needed toilet breaks. The driver even waited for us for over 40 minutes upon return as the festival security wasn’t letting us out in big groups. Really recommend and would definitely use again!

Do NOT use this company at all. After 15 emails and 8 WhatsApp messages, the minibus we ordered NEVER turned up to take 10 of us from a little village in Norfolk to Stansted Airport for a flight to Budapest. The named driver called Mark, whom I rang after waiting for him to arrive for 8.30am pickup, was actually in Holborn, London and knew NOTHING about our booking. I then rang the office and spoke to a woman who said he was actually in Stansted airport and had got the booking the wrong way round. All I know is that they were not telling the truth as I had only just spoken to him. We had to take the one car that was there (rest of us had been dropped off by families) plus a farm truck to the airport with 10 suitcases plus hand baggage, only getting there in time due to traffic. We had to go into mid stay car park, couldn’t book long stay at all, in all it cost us another £640 extra in car park charges (£630 already paid for the minbus) After endless phone calls and emails, only £630 refunded, nothing for the stress this caused us, petrol money and the discomfort of a farm truck journey. Please do NOT use this company, I couldn’t have made it any plainer with all my directions (even copied some maps for the driver to use) for them to TOTALLY mess up our booking and blame it on human error!! :- Replying to your reply which you have just posted. There is no inaccuracies in my review, I stand by it all, that when I rang the driver Mark, he was not at Stansted airport as you reported. Even if he had been there, he would have said so and told us he was on the way, which he didn’t! It takes at least 2 hours or so to get from the village where we were to Stansted airport, so if he was on the way, you reckon he could have been at ours, picked us all up and then got to Stansted airport by 12 o’clock. I’m afraid the timing does not add up as we struggled to get all booked in by leaving the village at 9 o’clock due to heavy traffic. A horrendous start to anyone’s holiday blaming it all on human error. We have had the first refund of £630 returned but nothing else as yet.

As a party of 12, we were all so impressed with our driver (Khalid), he did a grand job. He drove safely, sorted all our bags, asked if we needed to stop at the services & both journeys were on time.

I was so happy with the service provided as well as the level of communication from Swift hire - this really put my mind at ease before the journey.

Our group were left stranded and they kept making false promises to us the bus was on its way. Our group paid money in good faith expecting good service. We were going on holiday and it was spoilt with the lack of service.

Swift Coach hire company did not live up to the "good" views that appear online, as having experienced a very incompetent service on the day of pick up at Heathrow Airport. They gave us a driver/contact details a couple of days beforehand but on the morning a completely different driver was used who did not have the passenger contact details. It caused a huge amount of stress and many phone calls to resolve. The minivan was inferior, old and in need of updating. I will certainly not recommend this company to anyone! I tried to get some sort of acknowledgement or compensation but this did not happen. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

EDITING AS I AM UNABLE TO REPLY DIRECTLY- IM AM MORE THAN WILLING TO POST A COPY OF ALL TRANSACTIONS VIA EMAIL WITH THIS COMPANY, MY COLLEAGUE WAS POLITE & CURTIOUS AT ALL TIMES. TO POST A RESPONSE LIKE THIS ON AN OPEN FORUM JUST SHOWS THE KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS. BTW I NEVER ONCE MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT LUGGAGE -IT WAS THE UNSAFE VEHICLE & DRIVERS!!!!
Our collection from Stansted the driver was an hour late, not arriving until 8.15, which I only discovered when I rang at 7pm to find out where to meet. The driver had absolutely no manner, never got out of the van to check if we needed help with luggage or if we had closed the side door correctly. It was only at high speed going down the motorway that we noticed the back doors on the van were open - driver was told but he made no attempt to slow down or pull over so they could be closed. My brother in law had to manipulate them while we were moving. The back seats of the coach were wet, presumably from the doors being open. The van in general needs a general over haul, the side door does not close correctly, gap at the bottom & 1 of the seats has no receiver for the seat belt.
For our return journey on- I was kept updated on the drivers arrival, he did check the doors were closed but to be honest his driving leaves alot to be desired. On more than 1 occasion he drifted over the white line leading to other drivers blasting their horns. Driving around the airport was an adventure, leading to us going the wrong way down a slip road. When we did get to where we needed to be your driver announced had no cash to exit from the from the drop off area - none of us were in a position to help.

The above mail was sent by another passenger & was offered a £50 refund & they preceeded to refund only £40 as they said it was equivalent to €50. I'm totally dismayed at how this company has so many good reviews

Fantastic experience with swift coach hire and our driver Mohammed. Vehicle was immaculate, arrived on time, helped with luggage both ways, even gave us £1 for the airport trolley!
Stopped when I needed the toilet, very friendly. Would 1000% recommend!

Swift also stored our carseats safely for return travel.

Great price, I enquired with many businesses, swift was by far the cheapest, but price definitely didn't change quality.
