Swift Coach Hire 

We hired a coach for a group trip 27/4 and 29/4. The busses were very clean and looked as new. The drivers were more then on time and very friendly; especially Wayne. He told us a lot about Scotland and had a good humor :).

On time, great communication on arrival and pick up. Comfy minibus. Will definitely use them again

We had a great experience with Swift coach hire. There was brilliant communication from start to finish. Mohammad our driver arrived in plenty of time. He drove 7 of us safely to Stansted airport from Yorkshire. He was friendly and accommodating and allowed us to take a break for refreshments when we asked. The mini bus was immaculate and comfortable. We will be sure to use this company again as it took the stress away from our journey.

Got a very satisfactory quote for Manchester to Cornwall. Leena dispatched us with Ozayr, our driver. It was a great trip overall. He was very hospitable and prioritized our comfort at all times. Great driving as well. We rode with a 16-seater and it was a very comfortable 6-hour drive. Overall a great experience and definitely will be booking again if needed.

Quoted a great price - which briefly became an issue when they realised they’d made a mistake. Resolved amicably.
Busses were clean and tidy. Arrived promptly for both journeys and helped return lost property.

I booked the transfer from Nottingham to Luton airport, the driver is really nice and response is so quick. He had a good manner and the experience of travel was safe and steady. Overall having a 5 star service and would recommend to everyone.

Ordered a bus from this company and the bus they told me was coming couldn’t have been more different. Price was also crazy for wot we paid for and wot we got. Definitely wouldn’t use these cowboys again.

We used Swift for my sons stag to Liverpool. We were happy with the price for the journey from south Wales.
Everything went smoothly until the morning we left. The driver rang to say he would 10 - 15 mins late, which was fine. Over an hour later he turned up. No apology or reason given.
He then proceeded to charge us an extra £60 so we could have a drink on the bus, and wanted £50 for every stop. He was smoking while driving and didn't have money for toll to get into Liverpool which I paid £4.60 .
He then took us to the wrong hotel.
The driver was so unprofessional i find it quite shocking that any company would employ him. But we always spoke to him respectfully & when we got off the bus we made sure that any rubbish was removed and it was left tidy.

I will say that for the return journey the driver was 100 times better and went out of his way for us.
Would not use or recommend this company again.

I booked a minibus to take a party of 10 from Cambridge to London and back for a special dinner. I emphasised many times before and after booking that one of the party would be travelling in a wheelchair. It was a condition of booking as it was very important to me. When the minibus got to my friend's house there was no provision for getting her and her wheelchair in and out of the minibus, No way to secure the wheelchair and no way to restrain her. My friend felt embarrased and unsafe. I have written to Swift but they have not responded. I feel very angry and let down and feel they took my booking under false pretences.

I needed a mini bus to take 14 people on a day trip and came across Swift Coach Hire. The whole process of getting quotes and organising the details of the day was very easily done by whatsapp. They were friendly and took the stress out of organising. On the day itself, the coach turned up in good time. The coach was clean and the driver was very friendly and we got to our destination in no time. On the way home, I called and asked if we could be picked up earlier than scheduled, and of course, they could do this.

All in all, great service, I would recommend, and I would certainly use again if I needed to.
