Avoid this company
They use an unregulated firm to collect debts, who are intimidating and threatening. As this business is not registered with FCA (they don’t need to be) they have no processes to deal with vulnerable customers - so if you have personal problems their actions and those of their unregistered collection agent will just make things worse.
Hope anyone who’s reading this never is in a position where it matters, but now you know what sort of company this is.

Sorry to hear that you don't feel as though this been dealt with in the appropriate manner. Without knowing which company you write the review on behalf of we can't comment on this specifically but we do endeavour to operate in the most respectful and professional way possible.
As you stated, due to our product being a merchant cash advance and not a loan, we are not FCA regulated, we do still lend responsibly, checking all customers have the necessary affordability and the businesses are strong enough for us to approve the amounts that we lend.
Unfortunately circumstances do change and not everybody can afford to repay so we work as much as possible to work with these customers in the way of potentially reducing payments to be more affordable, and the last thing we want to do is create unnecessary pressure for business owners, when this happens invariably we do not get repaid so it would make no sense.
On a similar note, the collections agency that we work with are professional and reputable. The limited negative feedback we received in these instances are from customers that we have tried to work with to resolve any issues but have not been able to get any kind of payment arrangement in place.

I have worked with Lauren at Swiftfund for a number of years now and cannot fault them. Lauren is always quick to reply to emails/calls and their service is quick and hassle free. If your business needs fast business funding, I cannot recommend them enough.
