The company is illegally sending spam emails using the technical provider instillerhq.

Contact details are illegally purchased or collected and these email addresses are then flooded with spam.

"Apologies for any emails that you are recieving but we are based in the UK and don't email businesses in Canada."
We have several companies, including in the UK. The company there in UK is affected and receives unsolicited advertising from you.

"Any emails that we do send are to records and contacts that in obtained legitamately in accordance with GDPR regulations."
That's a lie. It is illegal to send unsolicited advertising to companies. It is also illegal to collect contact data without the consent of the recipient. There is no legal basis for this.

Since our UK company is largely inactive, we know very well that no newsletters or similar advertising media were subscribed to and that no confirmation of receipt was ever sent.

Andy and the team dealt with our requirements in good time and in a very clear manner.

Despite opting out for each email we are still receiving several emails a week. The emails they use are not ones we have created on our system and so they just get redirected to our default email. The emails must have been made up by someone trawling our first and last names (from Companies House?) and appending to our website domain. I have opted out for a final time and if I receive another one I will be reporting them to the ICO.

So i took out a loan with Swift Fund to help with cash flow in the business to finance stock, after some time of successfully paying loans back and even having top up loans my business subsequently fell into difficulty due to factors out of my control including a family bereavement, losing my mother to cancer. This is a company with no sympathy, the debts kept running and accumulating and whilst i told them that if we had a short term help to get more funds to ease the situation and get out of the problem i was met with unless i catch up with arrears then the facility would be terminated. Upon not being able to pay the arrears the facility was terminated. After then having to wind up the company i was told that due to Personal Guarantees on the loans that i would be personally liable to pay the debt. Whilst having just lost my means of income i was then told to instantly pay tens of thousands of pounds straight away otherwise they would seek to look to make me personally bankrupt and lose my home. The legal company used were extremely agressive and un-sympathetic. if you are considering using this company then do not sign PG's on the loans and try and use any other means you can before taking a loan with this company!

Lauren and the team give a fantastic service. Very rapid processing. Useful for a short term cash boost, in our case, securing additional resource to complete a project.
