I have previously purchased hedge cutters and leaf blower and have now added a lawn mower and grass strimmer to my collection.
No more need for oil and petrol!

Bought a Strimmer from this company because it was a British company in May 2021 and in 2022 bought a hedge trimmer .
The Strimmer had very little use in 2022 because of the hot summer. However it stopped working after using one bar of the battery.
I emailed the company and sent them a copy of the receipt but have heard nothing from them despite emailing them and phoning them on numerous occasions.
They answered the phone once but when I said Hallo they put the phone down.

Prompt efficient delivery of strummer blades

I have been emailing for service for 2 months without reply, you cannot contact them by telephone, I believe they have no interest in providing service.. I will be replacing my 4 Swift garden products from a reputable manufacturer. I would not recommend the small mower, large mower, hedge cutter or strimmer, they have shown to be very poor manufacture, do not buy them.

We asked for delivery on Saturday, and paid extra for it.
First you tried to deliver on Friday and said we were not there which was correct. You did not leave a notification card for us to follow up.
You did not deliver on Saturday
Then you apparently delivered to us in person when we were 100 miles away.
We had to send someone to check it all out, and the goods were there.
Suggest you consider a professional delivery service.

I hadn't heard of Swift before so I thought it might be a good idea to try them out. It was easy to order, delivery was quick and the product itself is light and easy to use. I needed to take down an old apple tree which had canker. My only concern is the life of the battery. I had to do the job in two halves as the battery doesn't seem to last that long. Maybe I needed a larger tool for the job, but it's done now.

I love the Swift products I've got.
I am pretty abusive to my garden tools. Throw them around and ask a lot of them but my Swift tools have kept going and going well. The strimmer is a godsend for someone with a lot of long grass to keep under control. because it's cordless I can just get up grab the battery and get some work done quickly. The battery lasts a really long time. The hedge trimmer seems pretty good too, though I've only used it once so far.
