My mistake....sorry.
I mistakenly pressed the wrong button online when I was applying
For the pet insurance and instead of paying in full,I had chosen to pay monthly,when I realised my mistake I phoned the customer service number.and within a few moments Swinton cancelled my direct debit and accepted my annual payment
