Great wig, although colour not as bright in real life. Easy to fit and didn't have the magnetic box as advertised. Contacted customer service but no response.

Fantastic quality wigs for the price. I have paid many times as much for a wig online that was disappointing. All the wigs I have had from SUS have been brilliant. They don’t have that ‘wig’ look when sat on your head like so many others do. Its impossible to judge from a photo or even a video when buying hairpieces online if it’ll look like your wearing a wig. The only way of knowing is actually putting it on in real life. These do not disappoint. Incredible quality, even the very long ones don’t tangle easily or shed. Highly recommend

Looks lovely but unfortunately not for me

Bought the Nala wig and was aware that you can’t get a refund if tried on. This made me nervous so when it arrived I looked at the colour and felt it wasn’t right for me so have returned as per their returns policy. Paid for Royal Mail tracking and they have signed for it but now no response to my return and emails to chase! Will be logging with my bank and taking further if no response in 10 days. I own a small business and this is not good customer service and quite frankly theft!

Update - since writing this review I have received a refund and an apology for the lack of communication.

It would be two and a half stars if that were possible. Ordered two items, one short, one long. Delivery was delayed by a week due to mitigating circumstances on the company's behalf which was fine as they did arrive the day I needed them so no harm done. One item (short) was great, high quality and worth the money. The other, not so much, had better off Amazon. Emailed them to ask for support, but didn't get a response. Maybe they're still going through their mitigating circumstances, but so am I, and I don't have the capacity to chase up support I need in response to inconsistent levels of quality.

Delivery was late - but this wasn’t explained why until after I got my wig on a slip inside…an email would have been better. The wig didn’t suit me but the returns said that if I tried it on, I wasn’t able to return for hygiene reasons! I wouldn’t have bought if I’d known this. So I’ve paid for something that I’ll never use. This isn’t mentioned when purchasing so beware!

Never had wigs before too a chance and ordered 3. Havw only tried 1 so far really pleased and natural looking

Easy to order, my first wig its nice but obviously have to take out the box to try on would of sent back as not sure it suits me. But the wig itself is nice just shame its not for me.

With all the nightmares of royal mail, you sent brill comms apologising to all customers by email but got me my beautiful wig by dpd and I luuuve it!! Such great quality and I love the box and personal name on my note inside. Just brilliant!

Brilliant syles looks great and fits well ,however was too short at the back making it hard to look good

I can not believe how amazing the customer service is with this company, Royal mail delays, switch up style emailed me saying they are having delays, the packaging is amazing, the wig is amazing, the level of detail is fantastic.
