selling items they don't have
Bought a Kemper bag, paid with pay pal. Next day got an email to say sorry haven't got it in stock and hasn't been for a month. Not acceptable. Why have items for sale then, pay for them, get an order number, if you don't actually have them. Had to ring up and get a refund. Bad service...will not use again
Thanks for the reply. The one reason I ordered the kemper bag from yourselves was because of the good reviews. Yes I also agree that I didn't have a problem getting a refund. Most companies now list if items are in stock and do not take money until they have. I didn't have a problem getting a Kemper bag elsewhere as I received one yesterday from Sheffield, which I ordered on-line and was in stock. I didn't have to ring them to check availability as the website says in stock,out of stock or special order

This is a slightly unfortunate situation but other than not having the product this customer wanted, our service cannot be faulted and I feel we deserve better than 1 star and as such this review is rather unfair.
We contacted this customer immediately upon receiving the order (it was ordered while we were closed) with a sincere apology to alert her that it wasn't in stock and gave her the option of waiting for it, or for a refund. We did not receive a reply to this email and the customer took it upon herself to call and ask for a refund which was given immediately and without issue.
The product ordered was not listed as "in stock" on our website, but it is a current product that our customers can order. There is nothing stopping our customers contacting us for availability details if the order is needed quickly! Again, we contacted this customer immediately after receiving the order - there isn't more we could have done. I'm sorry that we weren't able to get the product she wanted quickly enough but this is due to a current supply shortage at the manufacturer and consequently any company this was ordered from would not be able to supply it any quicker, and they in turn would have received this rather unfortunate review rather than us. The rest of our customer reviews speak for themselves!

Although there was a problem with my order (not their fault) they dealt with it quickly and professionally. Other companies should take note, will definitely be using again. Sam.

I can't fault these guys, it's the first place i look whenever i'm in the market for something and 9 times out of 10 they're always offering the best price on a piece of gear. Add to that the fast efficient order processing and you can't go wrong. Highly recommended and I will be returning shortly.
