I've never dealt with SX Pro before but I rang them to see if they had the Studiologic SL 88 Grand MIDI controller. As of time of writing, they're a brand new product with low stock in Europe. Neil Varacliotis answered the call and even though he hadn't heard of the product before he said 'leave it with me'. Next day he rang back to say he could get me one with next day delivery! Sure enough, it was on my doorstep at 10am the next morning.

Very personable, normal person to chat with, no script reading call-centre types over at SX Pro! Looking forward to using their services again.

Download code received within 24 hours as promised, there was apparently a problem registering one of the products but this was resolved as quickly as the problem came up. Received response from SX Pro within the hour all the same.
