Symon Furniture & Interior Avis 

Following the untimely demise of my previous chair, I placed an order for a very reasonably priced and high spec used Walter Knoll Generation on the 28th of July. It arrived on my doorstep fully assembled on the 31st. You really can't beat that level of service, especially for the price. Two weeks on, the chair is perfect and hasn't given me any issues.

Excellent service and excellent product.

I bought a Herman Miller Aeron Size B, standard fixed arms with fixed posture tilt/limiter. The rear and forward tilt controls were missing the knobs and the tension control was faulty. I contacted Symon Furniture and they replied straight away and got a replacement chair delivered within a few days. So, I'm happy with the service.

Attempted to return an office chair, it was too big but but also the gas lift didn't work.
Unfortunately I contacted them late for the return (illness, life, etc in between), and didn't point out the fault upfront - but ever since they have been blanking me, not picking up the phone and ignoring my emails. I would expect them to take back faulty goods, irrespective of timeline - so not a good experience.

The chair started squeaking a lot but that's to be expected from its age. Everything else still functions the same and scratches are very minimal. Would definitely buy again if they also sold Haworth chairs.

Recently, I purchased carpet tiles. The delivery was very quick. The carpet tiles were used and not new, so they needed a little cleaning, but after that, they looked good. I am pleased with how they turned out and will use the firm again. Thank you..

I bought a refurbished Steelcase leap v2 from Symon and it's exactly as described and in very good condition overall. As others have mentioned the delivery time is a little longer than some bigger retailers but I'm happy to wait for quality and that's exactly what I got.

Great and comfy chair and very attractive price. Delivery took a while, circa 8 days but other than that no complains.

Although the item I received was as expected it still took over a week to dispatch on a £600 order.

It then took another week for the company to prepare an invoice after my first request.

More egregiously the company does not have VAT on their invoices even though they are a VAT registered business. As a result businesses making purchases for standard office items do not get VAT relief which is a fantastic loophole for Symon furniture on their main business product.

Very pleased with the chair, order process and communication. Just needed to be patient with delivery.

Good response to email enquiry. Excellent chair delivered by courier.

Great service from Symon furniture. I bought a refurbished steelcase chair. It was as described and in fact, if you told me it was new, I’d have believed it. It was delivered and even carried up a flight of stairs to my flat. Great communication and courtesy from symon furniture. Would definitely recommend and I would buy from again.

Chair (Herman Miller Aeron) arrived safely and the refurbished quality is very good, showing barely any signs of use. Very happy and would recommend.

While I was able to find manuals/instructions online, I think some buyers could benefit from having instructions included in the box or sent via email.
