For scheduling, and inquiries, Sync IT was professional, prompt, responsive and candid about whats covered in the course.

The class was useful, informative and lots of work was invested in prep for the class and it showed in quality of instruction delivered. Instructor for CSPO, Brad Swanson was good, prepared and knowledgeable. Tools used made taking this class online very easy and productive. Caliber of other students in class made it very interactive and useful.

Overall , I recommend this organization HIGHLY for Scrum related training !!

I will always recommend Sync ITLearning for their amazing Business Analyst Courses and PMP. This has been the best decision I have taken to do the Business Analyst Boot Camp by Alok Bhatia. I am so glad that I choose Sync It Learning over the multiple others available in Bay Area. Alok Bhatia has an amazing style of teaching! His real life examples and interactive sessions are very helpful to understand the concept and the practical applications makes the learning so much more relevant.

Another thing is Alok sir is very approachable, and he is always very encouraging besides being a thorough professional which makes it so much more easier for a student to be able to share their thoughts and not feel judged. The course material is very comprehensive and the hands-on homework and assignments Alok sir gives makes sure that we get to learn very relevant teachings with the latest tools. This helps to solidify the theory that was taught in the class and apply it to the Project. The staff is very friendly too and this makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

I signed up to attend the course to make the required 35 hours of classroom training but ended up attending the entire training as it was extremely engaging and a collaborative learning experience. Alok Bhatia is a very experienced trainer and makes even the dry concepts interesting. The class covers the entire PMBOK guide systematically with quizzes, problem solving activities and questionnaires from several reference books. I highly recommend PMP training with Sync IT Learning.

I have enjoyed learning at Sync IT Learning, Alok Bhatia and his staff are very thorough with the courses that they are teaching. I would like to give a special mention to Alok since I did my PMP classes with him. He is an excellent teacher who makes the course very easy to grasp. He offered excellent pointers as he taught to help us rote learn the text as well.
He also extended his help to all the students who requested extra sessions to understand certain topics.
I enjoyed learning at this center. I also took my CSM from them my teacher was Adam Weisbart and he was an excellent coach. Had great fun while learning in his class as well.
