I usually but tobacco flavour, and have become little bit concerned about how they produce this flavour,.
written to T2 several times to find out if they use
Naturally Extracted Tobacco (NET) methods or chemicals to produce this.
Up to now there has not been any reply from T2.
will be greatful if anyone know anything about this.

Many thanks for your review. I am afraid the liquids do not contain NET. Our liquid is made up of four basic ingredients; nicotine, flavouring’s, and a propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin base. Hope this helps!

In the EU it’s illegal to sell age-restricted products, such as e-cigarettes, e-liquid, tobacco and alcohol, to persons under the age of 18, so we must verify your age.
This can be uploaded Before or After the order being placed via the dashboard on your account. Once you have verified, you will not be asked to verify again for future orders.
We do not keep anything on file so it is secure.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating but these rules are in place to protect people under the minimum legal age.

Ordered for the first time from T2VAPE because of the price. Was curious what kind of quality I may get for the price, as I vape since 2013 and never has spent less then 3 or £4 per 10ml bottle. Gave myself a few weeks of use and I am very happy. The custom service have been absolutely brilliant and fast with their response when I got problems with Royal mail delivery. Definitely I am going to use them in the future. Highly recommend

More hassle than it's worth, avoid if you can.
Have recently placed 2 orders and have had problems with both of them.
First order was placed at the start of February 2023, after waiting patiently for the delivery to arrive, I have up on the 10th day and emailed T2's customer support to chase up my order. After emailing back and forth for 48 hours, they finally admitted it was lost and resent the parcel via DPD courier, this arrived the next day.
I gave the company a second chance and placed another order at the end of February. This time I chose their "premium delivery" option, which advertised next day delivery. I waited 48 hours without a delivery before emailing their customer service again. This time I was told that they were very sorry but they "are out of stock of the boxes for the liquids you require". They offered 3 options to resolve the issue; wait, refund or receive the delivery without the boxes. I opted to receive the delivery without boxes, and also asked when the items would ship.
After 24 hours with no reply, I called the 0800 number advertised on their site. When I was finally put through to someone who could help (the first person claimed to not know the company), I was told that my parcel was lost in the post!?!? They now claim that they have resent the parcel and it should arrive over a week after I ordered them next day delivery.
Ordering from T2 Vape/T2 eliquids is more hassle than it's worth and I will be avoiding them from now on.

We are sorry about your delayed shipments. I can see the order was resent on the 3/3 as per email and it was delivered on the 4/3. We refunded the delivery as a good will.
