Tacticalgear Avis 

Orderd and paid a Blackhawk Holster in August 2018. Holster was at this moment still available on website with a short delivery time. After months of waiting I called several times just to get every week the same answer: the holster is in backorder. After some more weeks and months of waiting, I only got an answer on my multiple tries to reach them by mail and Facebook after I had to treathen them to fill a lawsuit. I finally cancels my order in March 2019 and asked for a refund. Still today no refund... Poor company...

I ordered three patches (Product Code: PUNPATCH).
Communication is very tedious. The CEO (Chris Vanhout) only replies to every third email, if at all.
After payment, nothing has been delivered so far. There is no reply to e-mails.
If you are not a Belgian, you should not order from TACTICALGEAR.BE by United Security.

I had ordered a weapon bag from their website in January.
According to their site it was available and would take 4-8 weeks before delivery.
Since I still didn't get it in March, I have sent them an e-mail, with the response that the bag would only be in their store by the end of March, Already 12 weeks had passed since I placed the order.
Mid April the bag still wasn't delivered, so I sent another e-mail, no response. I tried calling, they never called back.
In the beginning of May I tried calling again, reached reception who said she would give my message to the CEO, the day after I recieved an e-mail that my order has been shipped.
The day after that I finally received the bag I bought 5 months before.
Today I got an email saying that they find it sad that customers can't wait for their order, even if they aren't a weapon dealer. Apparantly now their focus is on companies, and not single individuals who would like to order.

They didn't even call me back, they just sent an e-mail and that is that,
I'm very disappointed in the way they treated me and obviously will never buy from them again.
If your site says there is a delivery from 4-8 weeks it is only logical that your customers ask why it takes so long, 5 months is way longer than 4-8 weeks.

I hope my review helps other people/ companies trying to order from Tactical Gear..

Ordered a simple Range Bag in mid January, and halfway may I still have not received the item.
When you email the company, they do not respond to you and when you call them they keep saying: "We will write your number down and our chief will call you back." They also refuse to give our money back from this purchase. I feel a lawsuit coming up very soon.

What a nice range of brands, we were invited at the showroom, and got a great service from the owner!

Unacceptable waiting period (months) for items taht appear "in stock" in their web shop.

I want to issue a warning for a unserious company, it is TACTICALGEAR.BE by United Security.
I placed an order in August last year for €355, and despite several answers promised that "I will send you order tomorrow" several times, and several later promised refund. There has still been no refund.

Mooi aanbod, de service en levering zijn ok, maar niet van de snelste... In plaats van enkele dagen bij andere bedrijven zit je hier snel enkele weken te wachten... Wel kunnen ze dingen leveren die je anders enkel via Amerika kan krijgen...
