The ordering was easy and the shipping was quick. However, the sticky sheet on the back of the foam wanted to peel off, with the thin sheet that was supposed to be removed to stick it down. Other than that, it worked out. Very cool products. Thank you for the hard work and dedication to American made.

I ordered a shelf. Delivery date listed as 7 to 14 days. It came 6 weeks later after numerous phone calls. I had to return it and now I’m waiting for a new order
I can’t speak to the quality of their product since I haven’t received a completed order

I'm just disappointed that I had the buy a extra battery pack because the one that came in the shelf was locked into the shelf and there was not any notification that it needed to be opened right away to get the battery pack out of the shelf.
Very important detail.
The shelf is great looking and I'm excited to install it but seems like this situation could have been avoided with better notice.

Great customer service. We had gotten a Tactical Traps shelf for Christmas about 3 years ago and knew we were going to be selling our house so we never opened the box. We finally sold our house and went to install the shelf in our new home but the batteries had totally been dead for who knows how long. knowing it was out of warranty I reached out through email for a solution. The customer service team got back to me promptly and gave me a link to buy another backup battery since mine was locked in the shelf cause we never opened it. I would highly recommend this company mostly for the great quality along with wonderful service.

It's a really good product? But, if they say your product is to be delivered on a holiday weekend don't expect it to be delivered on the time they first said? Expect a little later that day? That is what I got today? Forth of July weekend? But, I do really like the product? Thank you?

Absolutely horrible product. Low quality parts, especially the locking mechanism. The flimsy lock screw sheered off inside of the latch and suddenly and randomly opened and will no longer latch, rendering this $200+ shelf (ridiculously overpriced) completely useless. Repeated attempts to fix and replace the faulty lock and numerous conversations with a customer service rep has proven to be even more useless. Customer service is ready to wash their hands of it. If you read this BEFORE you buy and don’t take my word for it, go check out the complaints on the BBB website, I wish I did. Tactical traps as a company clearly won’t learn its lesson and improve the quality of an otherwise awesome idea. Save your money and buy an actual gun safe. At least you will get a product that does what it’s supposed to.

This is my second purchase from Tactical Traps and I am thrilled with my items. They are made very well and the options they come with make it very user friendly. I have only used their customer service once for some questions and they are very responsive.

I bought one because of the beautiful design and great look. Not only is it functional but when I had an issue with the batteries dying two years later they gave me perfect direction on working though my problems.

Horribly built. One of my traps arrived damaged and the company told me to just drill a new hole in it and run a different screw. No instructions were included and the wood is very light and flimsy.

Quality Hoosier work!! I order two and they both arrived in a few days from ordering, packed extremely well. Getting over some back surgery and can’t wait to get them on the wall!! Highly recommend!!

Would have rated a five, but no instructions were in the box and had to go to the internet to find them. Home was built on 16" centers putting the screws into studs a little tricky for strength.

I have a shelf for my rifle, that was damaged in a relocation. A little outer damage, but mostly damage to the locking mechanism and pinch clips. I ordered the needed parts and very soon I had the parts, and repaired the shelf.
