Just completed my first aid training which was absolutely brilliant! Graham is a superstar and a lovely man. Technically excellent, and full of lots of real world stories and tips that will stick in our minds forever, he also paid attention to us as individuals, sensing areas of concern and building our confidence. The whole event was conducted with smiles and laughter and very entertaining. Excellent all round, and amazing value. Book this one! You won’t regret it.

This March our sub-contractors completed a workplace Tactical Tuition EFAW Training course
They said Graham Matthews was extremely knowledgeable and ran the course at a good pace keeping everyone engaged. Graham ensured all who attended have understood what to do and had a good standard of theory learning and practical training.

Fantastic course. Graham is very knowledgable and friendly and the course was not only informative but very enjoyable. I feel I am sufficiently trained in first aid and would know what to do in an emergency situation. Graham ensures you have understood what to do and there is a mix of theory learning and practical learning/training.

Great first aid training with Graham. Graham was very pleasant, attentive throughout the course and incorporating role play too, easy to follow training which was well present including a range of injuries for use in the workplace as well as in the home. Graham was patient and knowledgeable. A very useful course, and would highly recommend.

Graham was amazing. The team were initially very reluctant participants in the One Day 1st Aid Course. I think they all thought the whole training day would be focused around PowerPoint, the same as courses they had previously attended. PowerPoint was used however it did not monopolise the day at all.

Our company has worked with Graham previously but in a different capacity and he has most definitely shown he has many strings to his bow "very knowledgeable in this field", the whole team obviously felt very at ease, as all sorts of random questions were asked and Graham was not phased at all.

We wouldn't go anywhere else now, thank you Graham, much appreciated.

Graham delivered two great training sessions for our business, First Aid and Fire Training. Both courses were very well put together and interactive. Graham made our Level 3 emergency First Aid at Work training session really enjoyable although informative. It was great to be able to be yourself and able to ask questions without feeling it was something silly to ask.

Graham was a terrific tutor. We thought the whole training day was going to be death by PowerPoint, it was not. The PowerPoint was only used as a visual aid to back up what he taught.

He was very knowledgeable in this field, our staff felt very comfortable asking him all sorts of questions and the way these questions were answered put them at ease.

The pace was just right as was the content and the practical side too.

I undertook Graham Matthews' Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work Course in February and found it to be excellent. Graham created the right balance of theoretic and practical instruction and allowed time for us to discuss matters around the subject, and put these into 'what if' scenarios. Unknown to me at the time, but having this qualification has subsequently enabled my business to complete the pre-qualification criteria with a key client. In addition to the business benefits, I feel that I would now be confident to support and assist an emergency medical episode should this occur either at home, work or socially. It is a great life skill to have and I will be returning for a refresher in 2/3 years to keep up with best practice.

Great, easy to follow training course which has prepared us for a range of injuries that we could be presented with, in our workplace. There were useful role-plays and Graham was patient and attentive! Highly recommend.

Graham conducted our training across two separate sessions, the first being on 2nd January, so thank you for fitting us in straight after the Christmas/New Year period and for also taking on a large group to include our friends at C.H. Roofing.

The training you provided was excellent, you covered off all the information required in your presentation, as well as getting everyone involved with the hands-on elements, all were delivered with a professional and friendly manner.
