We’d like to clarify that we did not delete your domain or withhold any access details. All requested information, including email access (IMAP) and website files, was provided to both you and your new IT provider to support the migration. We also continued to assist beyond the original scope, including on-site support and extended time to help minimise disruption during the transition.
At present, the website still appears to be pointing to our previous server, which suggests the migration to your new provider may not yet be complete. We remain happy to assist where needed to help bring everything fully online.
We understand how important continuity is for your business and are here to support a smooth resolution. We’ve reached out directly as well and would welcome the opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns.

Alex at TAD360 did my website for me in 2019. It’s a lovely website which looks great and has all the functionally I need. I can’t fault the service provided by TAD360. They can recommend 3rd party companies for things like photography and you know that the companies they recommend will also offer a top notch service. They wouldn’t recommend them if they weren’t.
I have never had a problem with the service provided by TAD360 and can highly recommend them.

Such a pleasure to work with Alex at TAD360! He upgraded our website with all changes we required and afterwards spent extra time to make sure we was completely happy with the changes made.
He also spent time over a zoom call to teach me some basics on how he made the above changes and how we can keep on top of certain aspects directly.
Nothing is too much for Alex and he is happy to go above and beyond for all his clients.
