5 stars. So pleased with the service I received. I requested a quote online which was significantly higher than other companies. Toni contacted me shortly after and was wonderful. Answered all my queries and reassured me.
The car was collected when they said it would be and the money was in my bank account within 24 hours! Recommend TMCA very highly!

Take my car away were hired by our insurance company after an accident, but we have used them again twice ourselves when cars needed scrapping, as the service was so good!

Quick and easy to get a quote online on Thursday, got a call on Friday to book in the collection, and the car was taken on the Monday.
Driver arrived at the time quoted, and we’ve had the same driver every time and he’s always been lovely and very efficient! (Even though it has now become a running joke that he’s having to visit us so often!)
They contacted DVLA on my behalf to transfer ownership, and the amount quoted was in my account the following day. All in all 4 working days from submitting that request to receiving payment, with no issues along the way.
It’s been a string of bad luck that’s meant we’ve needed to scrap so many cars, but it’s always been a quick and painless process. And they offer the best price too!

Auto Spares were very efficient and did what they said they would do.
Vehicle recovered on day specified and estimated payment made immediately.

A very efficient service, right from us accepting their quote - (which was higher than others locally, as we contacted several).
Starting with a polite phone call from a nice lady who arranged the day our car could be collected, to the driver who phoned beforehand telling us when he would be at our address.
The driver was a pleasant chap who went through the details with us unhurriedly and patiently, and handled the process of taking the car efficiently but sympathetically. Within hours of taking the car their offer had been transferred to our bank account.
They came well recommended, and we would certainly recommend them to others.

Fantastic service. I had trouble with the online form so I called them.The lady was so nice and helpful. All I had to do was hand them the keys and paperwork and they took care of everything else. The money was in my account the same day as collection. Fast, easy and reliable service. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quote I received for my car was the amount transferred to my bank account. The person who contacted me regarding my enquiry was very polite and most helpful, and explained everything I needed to know. I was given a date for pick up of my vehicle and on the day I received a call an hour before , (as I asked them to do) to notify me of the time they would arrive. I would totally recommend this company. 🙂
