What I like about this product is how relatable Vijay is to what i would say may be the majority of people that are getting into property sees to be. The course provides the most basic information, as well as advancing levels of knowledge. This means its genuinely for everyone. I had a really bad experience before working with Talking Houses. I dealt with another sourcing company and after around 10 months and five different properties falling through, I almost lost interest completely. There were always reasons why things didn’t move forward, and it became very frustrating.

I first came across Talking Houses in 2024 when I started property training through Property Launchpad. Then in September 2025 I got back in touch with them about sourcing a property. From the start, Mike and Vijay were helpful and gave clear information about the process and what to expect.

The difference was obvious. Instead of things dragging on, the whole deal was completed in less than five months, and we collected the keys at the beginning of February. It was still stressful — property always is — but the communication and follow-through made it a much better experience.

Overall, I’m glad I went ahead with them and got the result in the end.

I’ve learnt so much from The Talking Houses programme! It’s the gift that keeps on giving! So much useful information giving me real confidence to find investors and deals and the resources help you to do your due diligence and eliminate as many potential risks as possible.
