Talking Houses Avis

So far it has been good in understanding the videos and contents. Well presented by Vijay. Well simplified.

Really helpful from the start to the end

Great course, really thorough and informative. Thanks
Damian

I’ve found the course so far really helpful and informative. I love the breakdown of each of the steps making it less overwhelming and the format of video, transcript and resources allows me to take in as much information as possible and encourages me to implement it.

I’ve undertaken the Talking Houses learning platform through their free offer and it is really helpful. I like the breakdown of units by each week and that they are locked to prevent you from rushing ahead. The videos are good, with the transcript included and the checklist at the end helps reflect on each unit.
What I would say is not everyone uses Google and the current format requires you to set up a google account to make a copy of the docs used. Perhaps Talking Houses can create a Microsoft version as well as the Google version? Just a thought, as it is not hugely significant.

The platform also encourages community for support and encouragement which is nice.

Information is helpful - I’m doing this review after week 3 where future units are currently locked but you could introduce some live examples in the presentation (forgive me if they do come a bit later).

I applaud Vijay and Talking Houses for offering out this for free, and thank you for allowing me the opportunity to explore

Very helpful information..learning a lot about properties business.
Thanks

I have really enjoyed the course so far, it is very motivating and informative, can’t wait to start Week 4

This is an excellent course for someone who is new into to buying, selling or letting property, and everything else in between.
It can also be a great tool for someone who has experience and wants to expand there knowledge.

As someone who isn't great with computers, It's hard to navigate some of the features and tools on the website while trying to learn. Some "how to use" videos would help with the process!

All in all this a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, while also connecting with like minded people who are on a similar journey.

I'm currently in the exciting process of learning property deal sourcing, BRRR,HMO ect with these guy. From the very beginning they teach how this isn't going to be a get rich quick program, or try and sell you other expensive course. The quality and professional training is amazing. They will teach you that there are no short cuts and you must build up your knowledge and skills so that you can build a successful credible business. This course is a must for anyone who is serious in making from property.

Fantastic training program. Vijay explains things very clearly. Perfect for relative property novices like me! Cannot recommend this program highly enough.

Just bought my first property with talking houses and have to say it's been a really good experience after having a few meetings with Michael who was excellent and explained everything very clearly about the whole process, I was then in the capable hands of Lola who again was fantastic in keeping me informed and liaising with everyone involved, the first of many more would definitely recommend

I have been with Property Launchpad since June 2025. The programme is very detailed and covers all the information needed to understand about property investing and deal sourcing.

Mike, Vijay and Shaun are the experts and give lot of information during the Q&A sessions.

I am glad to be part of this group and all the members are very supportive.

12 week course and only 3 weeks in. Its easy to see why TH are one of the best in the North East.

Invaluable information and knowledge being shared with real life practical examples. Ultimately you will get out what you are willing to put in. Look forward to the remaining weeks and a fruitful relationship ahead.

Lots of love for Vijay, Michael and the team. From what I can see they are changing the lives of many and long may it continue. Top work.

Had an initial call with Mike from Talking Houses, informal chat on the phone (no sale pitch or pressure) about what we were looking for.

He invited me to meet Shaun to have a look at some projects they were working on in Newcastle. Shaun was great, again offered advice on our investment journey and was good to see the properties in person.

Within a few days I was sent a property deal, which we went for in and now completed on.
Shaun has picked up the keys on Completion Day and work started immediately on our new Investment Property.

Can't thank Shaun and Mike enough for their insights and attitude. Genuine and honest guys.

Ready to go again for our next deal.

Thanks

Very thorough course and well structured. Made in a way you can't cut corners. Enjoying it so far!

The guys at Talking Houses are passing on some great knowledge during this free 12 week training course. Looking forward to the remaining weeks ahead.

This company is amazing and doing a lot of good things they have helped me immensely just from their free Talking Houses on Skool, in the course they give have made high quality videos about absolutely everything you’d ever need to know but skip all the fluff and all the BS just right to the point, AMAZING. It’s Five Stars from me.

Mike has been extremely responsive and helped me with my first refurb. It’s been amazing to work with him and hopefully grow my property portfolio

Thank you
