Tanya recently sold our flat and did a fantastic job. It was a long buying chain with some complications. I run a removal company which has worked with Tanya on numerous occasions now. Daily, we work along side many different estate agents all over the UK. Without a doubt Tanya is honestly head and shoulders above the rest. We only know about what happens on the actual move day but from speaking to the customers we’ve moved it’s clear Tanya takes such great time to sit down, get to know her customers and assist all she can throughout the whole move process.
On the move day, a handful of times in the years we have been operating have we seen estate agents present. Tanya is always present and is pulling the strings to ensure the move is as seamless as possible. Unfortunately due to another removal company being below par for a seperate move, I recently witness Tanya using her own car to transport fragile goods to ensure the safety.
