Recently set up with Tap and go, I had Marc who contacted me , offering to do a free comparison, I’m so glad he did. He explained everything very thoroughly and spoke about the different options, he ended up saving me money on my fees and was so polite and patient with me. Customer service at its best, for someone who deals with many telecommunications, unfortunately you have a fare share of terrible experiences but Marc really was brilliant to deal with so Thankyou very much.

I was contacted by Marc who offered to conduct a free comparison on my fee's and charges for my terminal. He ended up saving me almost 30% overall but also demonstrated some excellent customer service!

Luca is literally the best representative a company could have. WOW! just WOW!
The way he handled us and our business and got us on the best deal he possibly could was something out of this world. And the service was second to none. Luca the bazooka is now a household name around Scunthorpe! What a guy!
