I was impressed with this service as they rang me before my consultation to advise that I was unable to obtain a prescription of a controlled substance for pain relief from a doctor that was not my own physician. They suggested other pain relief and refunded the payment as the pain medication is the only one that works for me.

Worth every penny
Worth every penny! Our own GP couldn’t see my daughter for another 2 days and as her cough was getting increasingly worse and not slept in days I looked into this and glad I did. Got an appointment within 2 hours, very professional and knowledgeable and sent a prescription to my phone straight away after the consultation. Will definitely use again. Thanks

Good experience
Really nice doctor, listened to everything, was thorough and issued a prescription for my child for tonsillitis which I knew he had as suffers regularly, it’s a Saturday and couldn’t bear the thought of a&e or 111 as was unwell myself. Great service - will use again 🙂

Great experience
Doctor very thorough with my young son. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I felt listened to and that the GP knew his stuff. I sent in picture before our appointment which the doctor said was very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and the doctor kindly explained how to redeem a perscription as it’s slightly different in Scotland. Thanks again

A great service!
Such a great service. Signed-up and had an appointment 2hrs later, with someone who turned out to clearly be a confident, reassuring, experienced GP - and all for £40, when I've paid over £100 before for a private consultation that lasted half the time. I had a prescription in my inbox before the end of the call.

Not happy the doctor refused to…
Not happy the doctor refused to prescribe me any antibiotics for my infection. I Had to rebook and pay for another appointment as my condition had worsened. I was in need of antibiotics to help me. Not a nice experience. A very unpleasant few days of deterioration which could have been avoided.

Quick and easy
I was unable to get a GP appointment at my practice so used this service. Very simple to use and got an appointment within 2 hours. Very helpful GP and I was prescribed the medication I needed. Excellent service and easy to use app.

The doctor was on time and very clear and helpful
Went through my medical history and explained any side effects and how to access the prescription. Was very thorough with diagnosing symptoms and I would highly recommend and use again
