Really sad to receive such poor service from a company I thought I could trust.
Just to update this. Following the response from you I have had no further communication. I have written a polite e-mail three days later, on the 26th I think, and again on the 29th. I would simply note it is now 30 days since I placed my order. I would politely request that this is looked into please. I shall return to writing my polite e-mails every day in the meantime.

I placed an order with Tastesmiths on 30th May. It is now 20th June. I have, very politely, enquired about my order on I believe at least six occasions in this period of time. I have been replied to twice. I have left my full contact address twice. There has been no further development. Every day, I write another brief e-mail to hello@tastesmiths but, alas, with a sinking heart as it appears a forlorn hope. If Tastesmiths customer service, you deign to read this missive, my order number is #323876.

These currys are far better and tastier than any bottled sauce.
They are easy to make and a good variety of flavours available.
Have been buying them for over 6 years, and would not go back to bottled sauces or take aways.
